Appeal Reason: At the time I as Captain had shot to death someone who had teleported into the bridge without good reason. At the time I believed the person who had done it was a traitor, this was false, they were just messing around, and they were returning pizzas that I had bought for the station. The only reason this lead to a perma jobban was because I was indeed incompetent as a Captain at the time, numerous times I had been fishing for ERP as head staff, acting inappropriately (not wearing clothes as head staff, changing my ID as captain to: "station escort" etc.) and more. That was, however, before I learned what the responsibilities of head staff is. Head staff make the server RUN, without them security is in dis-array, acting too aggressively or not at all, The engineers don't power the station or fix damage, medical staff sits in chemistry making space drugs instead of reviving killed crew, among other things. Head staff is a much larger responsibility than I had originally believed, and now after quite a few months I have a strong belief that I can take a command role, and with proper competence, and commitment play the role in such a way that I keep the game running properly, with the support of other Heads.

I do not plan on playing as head roles often, or security, through other servers I have learned that if you play a command role of any level properly, pain comes swiftly. But in this case I have learned the basic mechanics of engineering, and want to further my abilities in the area, taking the next step to CE and making sure the engineers do their job (And I do mine) and from there I plan on learning in-game medicine, and hope to make my way to CMO status... I cannot accomplish this with my server history holding me back.

I speak with honesty, and in turn I hope the following conversation on this topic be both constructive to my understanding of the server and it's workings, and as information to how I am as a player and a person, so that you, the server staff, have confidence that I am a trustworthy person.
