Player Complaint against Chefferz

Reason for complaint: This player has proved to bear a very toxic behavior ICly, often bragging about ERP in common comms or wherever they could to make it public and have an audience to react to whatever event they are related. Not counting their usualy shenanigans that would have nothing to do in an HRP server, which includes but is not limited to exploit of the wheelchair to troll people or have an advantage, and so on and so forth. Recently, they've been calling people out whenever they went to dorms with someone, slandering them in common comms as a security / ERT cyborg, I retaliated with an insult over comms, then Ana felt the sudden urge to uphold the laws she failed to follow and blatantly broke. They are also metagrudging me for whatever reason, bothering both me and another IC character I have a strong bond with, which leaves me to think their actions were and will always be driven by jealousy or something along those lines. Anyway, that is not up to me to judge, I don't really know how to explain it all correctly. They didn't bother trying to use the peaceful way when arresting me, they just said that I was to be detained and then immediately tried to handcuff me. I couldn't talk at the time and, in a desperate attempt to protest or just talk / reason them, they started shooting me and the other character out of the blue.

I had the paladin lawset and was ordered to detain you after openly threatening on comms to shove a grenade down my throat, and being in the dorms with Arvedki, a Junior Officer, who was blatantly ignoring the death threats you were stating on local comms.

You continue to spew the word metagrudge, when your security records were told to be wiped by BlackMajor because they were far too unrealistic. Your character acts like an edgy asshole who makes death threats to people on local communications all the time, and you expect people to coddle that behavior? Let alone security?

This is my lawset in the last round in which I detained you after issuing the threat, below the picture.




I ahelped the fact that you were in the dorms during that threat, and the security commander told me to detain you. I detained you after the green-light from Vixen/PolymorphBlue and then you DISCONNECTED while being talked to by the admin (which is a blatant rule break)

I'll break each of these issues down.

I have an issue with people whom sign up for security slots, then waste that job slot ERPing in the dorms on the regular.  The only comment I made regarding this shift was about how Arvedki was fucking yet another person (the 3rd) that shift. This does not warrant you threatening to shove a grenade down my throat on local comms.


Not counting their usualy shenanigans that would have nothing to do in an HRP server, which includes but is not limited to exploit of the wheelchair to troll people or have an advantage, and so on and so forth.

Grasping at straws here. The last time I used a wheelchair was weeks ago to expand solars because of the amount of gear I had on me to do so. At no point do I troll people with a wheelchair and you're giving zero examples.

My laws are shown above, making a prod at Arvedki for the fact he spent all shift fucking doesn't mean you jump to saying you'll throw a grenade down my throat. I did not interact with you at all, nor say anything to you period that shift. Threats on comms are against reg, and when bringing this up in sec chat, I was told to detain you by the Security Commander. I ahelped and was given the green light seeing as you were threatening inside the dorm. This "jealousy" accusation is nothing more than trying to ignore your own violent behavior.

Anyway, that is not up to me to judge, I don't really know how to explain it all correctly. Then you ghosted after being pinged by an admin, a minute after being arrested, along with sending me a nasty message on discord.

Cyborgs are not persons, they are property. This is the only answer you will get from me, because I do not wish to have anything to do with a player such as you, one that attacked a passive player with no intent to do much. You did not assess the situation, you did not ask to comply. You did nothing. You unbolted the door, told me that I was to be detained and cuffed me. Nothing else, I refuse to be your victim. Now I shall ignore you.

The security records are irrelevant. Your mention of that alone sounds like Metagrudge. You are literally referencing past, and blown out of proportion by others, behavior which has changed drastically over the weeks of it being brought up.

A threat was made after you interrupted me walking into dorms with this character, followed by saying "THIRD FUCK OF THE DAY ARVEDKI" (I did not ERP any of them, by the way. So already you're being a cunt in screaming bullshit like that and trying to claim i'm ERPing on the job.) on commons, subtly trying to cause problems, causing an argument on security comms and common channel about you violating privacy laws, with you trying to skirt around that and play dumb.

You were punished via law 5. As an officer. I was "Legitimate Authority" and told them to chill out, they did. That was the end of it. They threw a total of one threat. Which they couldn't even act on if they wanted. Due to the limitations of their role, and location. I told you to chill out. You did not. Law 3 Violation. You whined and bitched, for minutes. Hoping to get, and, untill the HoS told you to detain them.

Upon entering the dorm room. We were both sat down. Nobody interacted to your presense. You tazed me first, an officer. Legitimate Authority. Who was not even interrupting an arrest, or showing intent to.

There is some double standard here regarding your actions and words today and yesterdays shift. With your metabuddy, Crowby.

In either fucking case. Paladin is a bad lawset and a lot of it is subjective cherrypicking. Something you relish in. And i doubt it would be unheard of for there to have been issues about you and your way of playing cyborg, before.

The fact that you have continued to target Pascal123 for reasons that, by your own admission, are ENTIRELY OOC, and thusly choosing to ruin the shift for MULTIPLE PEOPLE by taking advantage of OOC information to force an altercation that you had no business initiating in the first place, rather than contacting the admins to handle it OOCly aught to see you recieve a minumum of a month off for BEING A DICK. Not only are you a massive hypocrit, but you are a sycophant as well. I think you need a long, involuntary vacation from Citadel RP in order to think about what you've done wrong here, because you clearly see nothing wrong with your obseqious behavior and need to be taught otherwise.

What are you talking about? Arvedki was literally asking to fuck earlier that shift. You're acting like we've got some huge hate spiel and I fuck with them for the sole purpose of fucking with them. I do not. What OOC information are you even talking about? I was playing a sec borg and was told to arrest them by Aara (sec commander) after the lashing out on comms. I don't target anyone, read what I stated above.

That is an OOC issue and it should have remained an OOC issue. You made it an IC issue in order to get some semblance of justification for what is ultimately bringing OOC into IC. You had no business going to the dorms in the first place, not least to harass a player in comms for doing something that you personally dislike. After the threat, I was told, by legitimate authority, to detain Prax, and even AHELPED the situation to ensure that it was clear.

You started the altercation leading up to the arrest when you had no business doing so in the first place.

My imput on this situation is they did an extremely similar situation to me and Solace to the point where they started to get Solace the player to start harrassing me on discord and steam to the point I blocked them and Now outright AVOID both players ICly if possible. Literally started all this bullshit IC drama, started to treat me like extra shit ICly, then gets another player to attack me and plays the "I'm a victim card" and then when I happen to ahelp something that they happened to be involved in they fucking would scream "METAGRUDINGING!!!! YOU ARE METAGRUDGING REEEEEEEE" And then abuses Ahelps and then gets their circle jerk of friends in on said ahelps to get me constantly harrassed by fucking admins for "metagruding" Cuz I would say no to them trying to ordershit from cargo when I work in the cargo department. Cuz half the time Sec would clean out the points, or exploration weould at the start of the shift then they'd come up trying to order something usless like crate that only has a medical jacket, a medical belt and a jumpsuit for like 20 points when all I have in cargos coffers is 30 points. And when I say no as the cargo personnel they scream at me more for metagrudging.

My position on this situation is that they have to have THEIR fun THEIR way and if you prevent it you are a threat to them and they will attmept to use ties to admins to get their way or they attempt to get masses of people to harrass someone when they can't get an admin to force someone to bend to their will.

For example, when they work in cargo the hack the console and buy a bunch of illegal shit and try to force others in the department to partake in the illegal shit, starting the whole "fuck science all the mats are ours" meta we had, and grow extremely hostile when called out for having illegal shit on them. To the point on shift they literally started to assult me for calling out Solace for having a bluespace harpoon as a shaft miner and starting to assualt me infront of security cuz security was arresting solace for having contraband. But at the same time if they worked as a sec personnel the INSTANT something hinted to contraband in supply they'd be breaking down the fucking door and searching everything cuz they aren't the one ordering contraband or its not someone they know OOC It's magically illegal to order again.

And yes I've Ahelped several times complaints against Ana icly and 9/10 the only admin on when I do ahelp things is Zeronetalpha who's stated to me OOC they have zero ties to Ana and only interact with them ICly to try to paint themselves to me as a "unbiased" admin, but as Ana has stated before they they are friends with them OOC thus making the "unbias" part highly unlikely. And when I Ahelp with Zero as the admin most of the times I get BS answers to my ahelps like, "Seend me screen shots of the accusations" While they are currently happening in active round, or, "Stop abusing Ahelp to metagrudge", Or my favorite one of them all, "Each characters have personality traits and quirks that make them different just like real life people, not everyone is going to get along and because you don't like them isn't a reason to Ahelp" And at the same time there is a Citadel Caviat literally stating "DON'T BE A DICK" which Ana seems to violate anytime she cant get her dick wet.

You would purposely stop bringing up materials to cargo because you disagreed with how cargo was running when I was quartermaster, and took your bias against me and applied it by never giving cargo any materials as a miner. When I hacked the proto lathe I was utilizing permits which were one hundred percent authorized, and validated by any head that was relevant to the situation. Points were not overspend. There would always be a balance for legitimate things, and stupid stuff was not ordered. 

Solace is their own person, and they approached you over your constant hostile attitude towards me that they witnessed on a constant basis. BlackMajor is fully aware of he situation between me and you and I've never gone out of my way to fuck you over, or treat your characters like shit despite our disagreement, yet you'd constantly do petty and annoying things like a helping situations in a vein attempt to get me Banned  ZeroNetAlpha was well aware of the situation too.

You just admitted that you go out of your way to ahelp ic things, and do so on a consistant basis to look for any and every way to get rid of me. And yes if I worked as security personnel and there wasn't the permits established then it's not considered authorized to order said contraband crates? Nobody would ever take the time to establish a permit and manifest contents for security and science. There was absolutely never a time I told science the mats are ours, there was a issue where people would hoard the mats to get a KHI nif when it was first added to the console, however. Not to mention the only sellable materials are photon and platinum anyway. Which arent used for anything other than selling to cargo and for spare phoron for medbay. 

I'm not getting into the details of our personal affairs with Solace, but again, multiple attempts were given to work out things IC to which BlackMajor can attest happened. 90% of what you're complaining about on here is also based on ic interactions from well over a month and a half ago. You're, again, slinging anything against the wall you can in order to stick.

You're well known for screaming in ALL CAPS LOCK CONSTANTLY when on comms and people are refusing to listen to your advise. You'd constantly try to interject in scenes with me and Solace in an attempt to drum up some semblance of am argument with you, and then would constantly threaten to commit suicide when told by third parties that you're acting ridiculous. Your whole general demeanor made me not want to interact with you IC. And at no point did I say a word to you OOC. The only time I had a genuine issue was when you started harassing Solace to the point they talked to you on discord, and were denying cargo materials out of spite purely because I was the quartermaster, along with ghosting me and a helping people who I would be sceneing with in attempt to get them in trouble somehow for not doing their job,, or even doing things such as harassing a cyborg for invalid reasons when you knew it was hanging in cargo by giving it petty orders as a ce, or telling the cyborgs to come to you then dismissing them when they arrive.
