Reason for application:I think i would be good admin i think i would be great for it i have some experience and i should be admin because i can enforce the rules and help innocent peoples

1. How would you engage with two players having an out of character altercation?

I would ask peoples whats going on and try to explain it peacefuly but if it would dont do anything i would mute or kick them

2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention?

First i should Admin PM him and try to talk with person who did it and ban,kick,or mute

3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules?

First time i will warn him but next time i will give him some days ban

4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing?
well when there are other admins and im an antagonist


5. What is expected of an admin
Well we need to act proper to situation and take action when needed but we would also make server more fun

Tone up your English.
'I think i would be good admin i think i would be great for it' is about as far into your application as I got.
A good level of it is needed to communicate well between both other admins and players alike, 'least it leads to unwanted and un-needed confusion.

Okay.
You also realize just how different each server is, right?
Not just from a codebase stand-point, either, but with rules and playerbase, too.

We aren't going to bring on an admin that can't display that they can follow those server rules well, or interact well with the playerbase. Regardless of how much experience you may have with other servers.

Hi there, following your application I must say that I am not in favor of supporting you as an admin.

One, you've only been playing for one day, which means we don't know how you act as a player and if you can follow the rules.
Two, your level of English is actually pretty low, which is really important as an admin.
Three, doing an admin application after you've played for one day really makes us question your seriousness and even, your age.

tl;dr gather some more hours on the server, maybe two or three months and try to apply again.

1. your level of english in a formal application is far, far too low to be considered for a role that primarily involves talking with people.
2. one day is not nearly enough time for us to consider you for staff
3. no offense but this entire app seems unserious
4. going on with number 2, the history you have on other servers that I can directly view is absolutely horrid and I'd loathe to have you on our staff team without you having a lot of time to prove that you're not just a shitter.
