Appeal Reason: 

Greetings. 

I'm requesting to be unbanned from Citadel Station as a result of another user's actions, and their ban carrying over to me on the same network. Richen is another user who plays on this network*, and as the ban appears to be linked to IP rather than C-Key, I'd like to have my account unbanned (or the ban type being changed to account-specific, if at all possible) so that I may keep playing, though I respect leaving Richen's account banned. 

*I choose not to play SS13 with them, knowing the rules against meta-communication. I haven't visited the station in a while because I knew that this other user frequented it from the same network - this is standard policy for me to avoid any server where they play, to avoid accusations of meta-communications. As I play several other servers, this wasn't (and still really isn't) an issue to have one banned, but I enjoy having multiple communities open to me.
