Appeal: I told people to stop touching my jukebox. They kept touching my jukebox so I threw a bluespace crystal at them. SMH play stupid games win stupid prizes.

I wasn't talked to before being banned. I reconnected breifly before the ban happened because when my headset cuts out (bad cable, old headset) my sound doesn't come back until I restart the client. I rejoined immediately but the 30 second ad. When I got back in I wasn't talked to, just banned another minute later. Screenshot proves I was in game when it happened.

Well I imagine they must have ended up in space since that's what I was expecting. Even if I warned them not to touch my jukebox anymore I did low-key murder them over it.

Plus although it wasn't my intention I did leave before I could be boinked for it, even if I came right back and had a good reason to do so.

Still using the same computer obviously, have been for years. Never bothered manipulating the CID since it wasn't a problem any other time I dropped in for a week.

I find it depressing you've never been 'caught' until now. Wanna tell me about that ban while we're here? While I take thingpony's ban seriously, it has been three fucking years.

I said it wasn't a problem because it wasn't, I'm not a routine problem player. I got initially banned for resisting arrest after being bullied all round but thingpony didn't like me interfering in whatever story was happening that I was getting wrapped up in. My character had their own story which was constant misfortune by genuine circumstance. EDIT: I forgot to add that I literally had nothing to do with the crime that was occurring at the time. I just happened to be standing there looking at what was happening. Again, severe misfortune. It was genuinely an amazing round right up to this point because I had the absolute worst luck in the history of ever. Didn't even have a chance to stop running and reply to the bwoink before my legs got bluespace cannoned into paste, rather than letting security chase me down. Didn't steal any guns, didn't have a bag full of stunprods and knives, just disarmed the warden, took his baton from his hand and ran away.

Understandably, I wasn't happy with the godawful decision to shut down any chance of playing the hand I was dealt in any reasonable way and I threw a shitfit even going so far as to say that upholding the ban was an embarrassing display of Citadel staff as a whole.

I did learn a more important lesson than "don't throw shitfits, it makes everything worse."

Take risks and play the hard gimmick, because someone will always have a problem with you no matter how in the right you are. I'll argue it's worked out well for me and everyone I play with, for the majority. For every roun I've been an absolute penis, I've had ten rounds where I've been an integral part of someone else's game for the better.

Part of me wants to slap your ass for coming back on an alt account but really it's a 3 year old ban I'm not about to throw a fit.
