Name of the character you intend to be using (makes it easier for us to recognise and log): Amethyst

In the case of applying for a species, give us a brief summary of your character's backstory. This should give us an idea that you understand the lore of the species: Artificial Intelligence creation Amethyst was created to test Leo Flares ability to create an AI that learns from other. Originally, she was created with a chasis that was normal for an ordinary synthetic creation, but the assistant scientist by the name of Estra Folf was granted the plans for creating a chasis made up of nanite structures. With the creation of such, she was pressed out for intensive testing in coordination and manipulation of her new body structure. After which she was shipped to Centcom for approval of her new body structure, thus being sent to her original duties with a close eye being had on her.

Summarize the species. As evidence that you've looked into it: Able to shift into an alternate form composed of nanites, doing so if also heavily damaged. Consumes metal to return to original structure. Considered to be a prototype creation, only working with supervision of CC and Research officials.

What do you expect to happen if you use this race/job to violate any of the server rules?: In the least? A race ban of what I'm applying for. At worst, a complete server ban a la server rule breaking.

It's fine hun! I had recently heard that they were just moved up to being an approve-able race, hence why I decided to try my luck in getting white-listed for the species type.

Well, I suppose if Proteans have been changed to an acceptable degree, then +1, cause you're not too bad, despite the trouble you may sometimes seem to bring with you.

Even without amethyst being a protean...I am still happy that she became an actual character selection in my roster of choices! Synthetics are pretty amazing in my eyes, heh.
