Can I have an answer please? it's not that hard was bhjin the one who said he would conside my appeal after three months if my behaviour improved his words not mine, I asked several times how to do this and the only answer I got is to play the server which is pretty much what I did, also I have to remember an ex-staff member already vouched for me the last time I made an apeal.

To the acusations of me not playing "Mechanically" which I don't know why they matter here since my ban is for breaking the "Don't be a dick ." rule and that observation has nothing to do with this theme, are untrue regardless if someone thinks what I said in my post prior to this one are not correct please check the logs.

So it's my appeal denied or what?, Can I atleast have my account on provation on the RP sever? since apparently nobody is going to watch me on main regardless of what I do.

Well, if you want an answer now... yes, your appeal for the time being is denied.
There just hasn't been enough reason to lift the ban as things currently stand. I'd suggest trying again at another time, when you have an admin - either here on the Citadel or from another server, willing to vouch for your behaviour.
