For the record, at this point the ban is only overturnable by 2/3 Head admins and or Jay's involvement. So far Jay has elected to abstain. Third party player vouching means little ultimately, but thank you all for your thoughts and opinions. That being said, ban appeals are meant for the banned to commune with staff, not for everyone and their mother to weigh in.
P.S. This is just policy. However, attempts to derail this thread with discussion about this policy will result in a lock and affirmation of denial. Have a nice day and try to behave.

RE: Chefferz - Ban Appeal
Haha allright time for my two cents on this even though you already know my stance on things following the original ban fiasco.
Hi! Not sure what's with the sudden players popping up out of the woodwork to give their input on someone elses ban they weren't involved with (minus Prax) but allright then.
Just going to quickly strum over my viewpoint of all the events then.
As is known, Raiq's got quite the history on Citadel, strummed up a plethora of notes over the years for.. mostly aggression related instances. The majority of these being on the days where they played on the main server. Hell I met them on main, and that was certainly true. They were kinda a huge jerk.
And as is further known they're... very opinionated in DM's and other OOC argumentative platforms, it's all very tiring and draining on people after such a time to be given such arguments for hours on end when the points already been made. Probably where some of the expectations on you have arisen from.
But you know what I think? And this comes to no surprise from anyone since I've said this before. But Raiq's been, in-game on the RP server, rather mild. I'm still of the opinion that that thing with the deathsquad and them getting shot first in the /back/ was pretty stupid and handled poorly (and their, in my opinion, reasonable retaliation to being dusted by an admin for walking away from threats while other things were going on), as was that instance with Prax and dorms.
But I don't believe what they've done after, so to speak, changing a bit for the RP server environment was ever really worth the perma (Lets be real we've got some folk who're worse that need to be weeded out).
As someone among the admins who's, ye'know, actually played with Raiq on the RP server. I aint think they're as bad as folk make them out to be anymore.
/Except/ when it comes to OOC harassment.
God no, if you get unperma'd from the RP server, I'm strongly proclaiming you're not coming back onto the discord. That's the absolute cornerstone of how your entire controvesy began in the first place. We're not doing that song and dance again.
For that one nerd who TL;DR'd.
That's a +1 from me.

RE: Chefferz - Ban Appeal
Forgot to respond to this but I would reflect my thoughts on the previous comments I have made on the issue in a short summary. I can say there were some issues in the past, at times flame wars erupt and it will usually be involve you in some ways. However, I can be confident that again this ban really doesn't stand in relation of your behaviour on RP, you were overall a positive player and some people really want to cause drama or a shitstorm with you since you tend to be the star of it all.
One thing is for certain you were baited and you made a strong point about the whole situation. Hopefully there would be a turn around in sometime.

RE: Chefferz - Ban Appeal
People often mention Raiq's notes when talking about how we should deal with him in the future...what they dont do is look at the age of these notes and realize that also the majority apply to the main server back when Ana' frequented that location. Now adays Ana typically sticks to the RP server, a place where he went to try and start anew. yet these notes still slander the name. Well im not going to pretend they are not real notes but im going to say that using them to justify ban in this instance is not valid. As to the reasoning behind the ban...well it should be plain and simple: player ahelps to ask if they can do something, if they are told yes by the person online then that is the rule that goes for the situation regardless of ruling of other admins. He who is online takes precedence over seniority, in my humble opinion. The admin online that made the decision at the time should be challenged and disciplined for their decision not the player effected. I can appreciate Ana taking time to wait for the initial heat of the situation to blow over. Now that its been a while i think its time we look into bringing him back. I look forward to seeing what becomes of this. Never before have i seen so many players comment on a appeal post, wish this happened everytime I for one welcome the input of the community in what happens with the community

Because I am both lazy, tired, and it's like 11PM. This is going to be short.
I'm giving Raiq a +1 support for their unban.
I've seen you both grow as a player and as a person while you were on your final straw, and while there could have been improvements: You deserve another chance, especially since your ban was quite the kerfuffle in my opinion.
Hope to see you back, Raiq. And best of luck on this appeal.

My own stance remains a 'no' - for reasons I've said already on your last appeal,
And I'm not convinced another avenue wouldn't be taken to continue your OOC behaviour even if the Discord ban was kept, not when you've shown as much during posts here in the forums.

Well this has been a bit of a long road hasn't it.
But we've gathered the overall consensus among the admins, and have ultimately come to a grey area "Denied until further notice" in which a majority of relevant staff involved have denied your appeal.
They say time heals all wounds, but it would seem cruel to give that feign hope.
Apologies, but it's been done.
