Reason Banned:Got angry at a borg again for trying to stop them. They tried to derain a traitor to make them a borg and the borg (Kori) tried to stop them. So they made a special lawset that was poorly worded and with low coherence that didn't clarified properly what was a crewmemeber. The borg kept bothering them, since it was the equivalent of being law purged and they got angry again. I started to PM them that thei law set had a massive flaw, to which they kept saying I was wrong, even if me and 2 others admins agreed that the law set was bad. Then after the HoP changed the laws to a correct lawset they tried to blow up Kori, but I told them not to, or they'd get headbanned. Blatant incompetence as head.

Appeal Reason:I was told if I blew the borg I would get a headban and I never blew the borg but still got a head ban. The laws made was "1. You may not injure a All non syndicate and non syndicate human crew or, through inaction, allow a All non syndicate and non syndicate human crew to come to harm." and was made in the heat of the moment and was still coherent enough the borg should have been able to act correctly on them. In that round I had already eliminated 2 antags excluding the one the borg protected and gotten the shield system order and installed by the time the shift ended I would call that far from incompetent as well.

Honestly, I dont think you should be allowed to play head roles ever considering the bad shit I've seen you do/get into.
You dont even understand the rules fully, and when informed you're in the wrong and SHOWN youre in the wrong, you persist in arguing.
Hell, one time with you as captain there was a rad storm and you never enabled emergency access on maintenance, this resulted in a good chunk of people dying.
You once tried to fight syndicate shock troops as captain while there were confirmed changelings and xenomorphs, died to the troops. When revived, you somehow managed to space yourself, WITH chameleon, so your body was only found through pinpointer.

Then theres a similar incident with a cyborg- Played by me. You intervened with an arrest made by myself to save Sanax- You did not help, you came in after I put ties on them. The prisoner was confirmed to have sleeping carp, I pounced and detained them, you were told of it, and I was bringing them back to perma. You said "I know what to do", took the prisoner from me, and led me and everyone else in security to surgery. I, following my laws and the server rules' definition of all non consensual surgery being harmful, stunned you and ran off with the prisoner to secure them non lethally.

Your immediate response was to blow me up to stop me from releasing the traitor, you never inquired as to my laws, nor locked me down. You had me blown up, and your squad of invalids kept me from being reconstructed until I'd ahelped about it, myself, stating I was rogue for aiding a traitor and blowing myself up on them.

Seeing the interaction between you and the attending admin, you, frankly, dont understand the rules, and I dont think you've even skimmed them through. You even argued that confirmed syndicate are not crew, and Gorgilisk even referred you to the portion of the rules that says otherwise.

Frankly, I feel the ban should be a month rather than just over a week. It takes a while for server rules to properly sink in, after all.
I do not support this appeal.

Sorry but what is 'A all' even? and why must you write the borgs laws as 'human crew' not to mention the only people a borg could really say are syndicate without a doubt would be operatives, traitor gear can be acquired by other means and traitorous actions without the use of traitor gear can still be done by the crew, you would need a law indicating to the borg how to define what makes a crew considered to be Syndicate and no longer Crew, hell even just adding a simple Law 4 stating a specific circumstance revokes someone's crew status you may think it's coherent enough but it's because you wrote it and know what it is intended to mean, I can't make sense of what you are even trying to tell a borg other than syndicate are not 'human crew' which suggests that they can be crew if they simply aren't human species.

I do not believe you are speaking about me here I never had this happen what so ever. I never soloed syndicate shock troopers and then got spaced with chameleon. The only time I ever faced syndicate shock troops was when a portal event happened. I also never had an issue where I did not enable emergency access to maintenance... which should be pretty obvious this never occurred. The issue with this head ban is that I did nothing outside or even tip toeing on breaking the rules and went above and beyond my job as captain. I do not know if you have a personal issue with me but I completely disagree with this part of your post as it is not factual.

Well that is the issue though isn't it. I did nothing wrong aside from a small grammatical error which had no real effect unlike what some people claimed when they originally read it. It could have been fixed but I was overwhelmed in game with various different things going on outside of the borg and this traitor I had another ling I had to kill and was trying to rush the process.

This was with an entirely separate issue and was swiftly addressed by Gorgilisk and it was completely unrelated and handled by a different admin then the banning admin in this case. I never blew a borg in this issue or even attempted to cause it harm. Had I even tried to kill the borg then there might be an issue here but I did not even try to kill it and for that the reason for this ban is invalid. Now on a personal level there is several rules I do not agree with but I have accepted and restrained myself from breaking them. Such as the rule saying traitors are crew. I highly do not agree with this as this is not how I have normally played SS13 on various servers so accepting this new point of view is annoying. That being said there are other positive factors to this server that make tolerating the rules I disagree with worth it.

Hi Godsring, sorry for the delay in my answer to your post, I wanted to take a moment yesterday to do it, but I didn't manage to.

Alright, so I think you need to maybe read the rules again, or begin to listen to admins judgment instead of heading to an headmin every time you get yourself in trouble.
You also need to know that this headban length is pretty short, for all the past history you've had as a head and that after I reconsidered it, I actually felt lenient on this ban.
I also think I should mention that after being told that your law set had a major flaw, you still contested my judgment and literally told me you were gonna blow him up in your ahelp. You were about three tiles away from blowing up Kori with the RD console, but I warned you to not or you'd get punished for it, to which you listened, but said you'd get an headmin because you again believed I was wrong.

I honestly think your attitude is really misplaced, and that you're way too bold with our admin team and show no respect. I honestly think that one week wasn't enough, but bumping up the ban length myself would be wrong, at least in my opinion. You clearly still don't understand what you did wrong, else you would not contest this.
