How long have you played on Citadel?: First connection was around three or four years ago, but i did not play much back then. I've been playing Citadel actively for around four or five months now.
How long have you played SS13?: Around five years, give or take.
What is your timezone/general hours of activity?: My timezone is UTC +2, and my hours of activity tend to be in the afternoon, so i am generally present when the server goes from low-pop to high-pop.
Previous SS13 related admin experience: None on public servers. I have, however, hosted 15 to 20+ players private servers from time to time, generally between a group of friends. I know the how-to of the basic stuff.
Previous non-SS13 related admin experience: A few TTT servers on Garry's mod, now closed. I hosted my own TF2 server for a while, even if it never really got popular.
Current administrators who have agreed to support your application: Cawingcrow, Kevinz000, Madamheichou.
Reason for application: A few months ago, i asked to be a mentor because i wanted to give a hand to the players and share what i know about the game. I want to keep doing that, and i will, but i also wanted to help the server in a more general sense. I feel like i would be useful as a staff member.

1. How would you engage with two players having an out of character altercation?
I would first assess the situation at hand, reach out to the players for a solution, and if it comes to rudeness, and apply the right sanction for it.

2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention?
I would ask another admin to lend a hand in solving the issue, and if there is none, either contact one for help, or remain as objective as possible if none are available.

3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules?
Verify the logs to see if it was voluntary, or an escalation. Check if the offender had past notes, and how bad they were. By taking a look at how they act, and react to situations when confronted.

4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing ?
Admins should de-admin themselves whenever it's a secret round, or when it would give them an edge over the round, and especially if they are an antag themselves. It would also be preferable to check if there is another admin overseeing the round, first.

5. What is expected of an admin on Citadel?
To be fair and professional when it come to their administration. To remain someone pleasant to talk or hang around with. To be respectful, and helpful to the players, and other staff members alike.
