Admin Complaint-Jade Manique(But with a Format)

Date of issue and round ID: Everytime Jade Holds a event.

Reason for complaint: Jade a event manager, holds a event on the rp server and every time they do hold a event, it fails and is followed by complains by the players because of Jade's fucks up. Who does Jade blame? The Players. What else does he do? Insult the players often calling them "Dumb" "Idiots" "Validhunters" or "Disappointments". Jade also when face with major criticism by someone he will often hold a grudge against them. For an Example:I criticize  Jade once on a round, for fucking another event and so when they held another event a couple days later they asked for players to volunteer, me wanting to volunteer prays and gets a adminpm of "No" when they ask again because they didn't get enough volunteers he says in ooc "I still need some volunteers" Jade follows up with "No Kate you cannot be a volunteer in ooc". Jade overall cannot handle events well as seen with many events caused by jade you often see complaining in discord, Jade shows disrespect and hold metagrudges, can't take criticism maturely and is clearly not fit for a admin role.

The amount of exaggeration in this is a bit unreasonable.
The last time I recall having gotten openly angry was my last shadekin event a week or two ago, and that's irrelevant anyways.

I don't recall ever receiving criticism from you, and I frankly think that's pulled out of your behind with how vague you referenced it.

And I dont call people dumb, idiots, or disappointments. What you're referring to is a generalization about a voted-for mini event a few days ago that was continuously derailed by entire departments trying to dickwave their legal power so they can control a situation which nullified the end result I had tried for. I said the event, and the people who derailed it, were disappointing.

As for why I told you no, the entire reason behind it is because you're a bad roleplayer.
I dont care if it comes off as an insult, but it is my blunt opinion.
I dont dislike you as a person, I dont hate you, I think you /yourself/ are fine.
But I've seen you play on main and RP and I dont think you're more capable of handling an event critical character better than you could have handled a head role- Which to my memory, I even permabanned you from head roles myself.

My follow up in OOC was half in jest, at the expectation for you to ask again, because I did not expect you to take me seriously when I told you no the first time, as you do like to joke around a lot. And I mean a lot.

If you're going to complain someone is metagrudging have a better reason than being not included in an event when you can't even play heads of staff seriously.

I do actually roleplay on the rp server believe it or not and I do take it seriously including antags and I been antags, took it seriously. I will however give you the point that I don't play seriously on main and that because quiet frankly the main server is usually not a serious server.
