appeal reason: I understand why I was banned but I simply have some things i'd like to confirm and bones to pick. I was banned on the basis of being a bit minge, granted I have been 
beatin around the bush a bit with rustling people BUT I do not do it to troll, simply fufilling my IC RP which I have multiple IC friends and would hate to get rid of arkan. 
My most recent ban was because of publishing my anti-xeno manifesto, of which me and shiloh/chev had wanted to do for a while. I finished and and gave him a copy of which a person came in requesting
to read it too, who proceeded to announce it on the radio, promting many people to request a copy or ask if its good. so I obliged and handed out "signed copies". a Sec didn't like this
and arrested me for "disturbing the peace" and WAM, 5 min into the brig im permd. I acknowledge this is not just because of the book but previous accounts of shit happening.
but in my defense a large part of this is the following issues. 1: People shitting on me for previous round antag actions which is FAILRP and is forgotten the next round whenever selected. 2: previous
grudges and arguements escelating which per your ruleset is acceptable. 3: people just not liking me for my previous actions which I dont mind at all personally, but admins seem to dislike this
and the OOC complaints of people who pretty much got outrobusted when they hit me and I kick their ass. 

Anyways I waited a bit for things to cool down, im happy to answer any questions or suspected discrepencies in this appeal, and thank you again for your time.
