According to the date of birth in your post, you are 16. You have to be 18 years or older to play here, no exceptions. This is at the very top of the rules page, and the very first thing asked during the panic bunker verification process.

When you're old enough to actually appeal this ban, you're gonna have to provide proof of age in the form of you showing an ID that has your face and date of birth, alongside your actual face. Since you're apparently 16 right now according to the birth date you provided, I guess we can wait a year for that.
