How long have you played on Citadel?: A week?
How long have you played SS13?: Five to six years
What is your timezone/general hours of activity?: GMT+2 (Germany). And I'm online as often as I can. That is when I'm not working/sleeping.
Previous SS13 related admin experience: Admined on Commodore way back then. Admined on the Persistent Station.
Previous non-SS13 related admin experience: Minecraft servers with 20+ players. TS servers.
Current administrators who have agreed to support your application:
Reason for application: I want to be available to respond to faxes and ingame ahelps when needed. There's a scarcity of RP server admins in times where a lot of dung happens by trolls who don't grasp the idea of RP, and think this is an extension of the main server.

Please answer the following questions to the best of your abilities:

1. How would you engage with two players having an out of character altercation?: 

First, I would break it off. Tell them to cease, if they do not cease, mute OOC temporarily. (providing this is ingame and in OOC). I will try to find out what's going on. And, depending on the situation, tell them to take it off server into private messages. Unless Rules were broken. Then this will be investigated and proper punishment applied. (Or a warning. Really depends)

2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention?

Pass it on to another admin and explain them what the problem is, as easy as that. Then let them do their admin magic.

3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules?

I'd go by intent, their records and what kind of rule it is. If someone accidentally uses a bug over multiple rounds, thinking it's a feature, I'm not going to give them a permaban. On the other hand, if someone 'accidentally' bombs the entire station, they can count on some off time till they appeal.

4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing?

If they're an antag, I'd say. Or engaged in combat. Lessens the risk of compulsory cheating. You know what I mean.

5. What is expected of an admin on Citadel?

An admin on Citadel is here to enable their players to enjoy their stay. To moderate and sift out toxic people that are there to harm the community and to ensure everything goes as it is supposed to. That means responding to bugs, glitches.. to faxes on the RP server, too. To enhance one's immersion or gameplay experience.

You haven't been around for anywhere near long enough to even be considered an admin candidate, and the behavior we've seen out of you in your extremely short time here is far, far less than stellar.

I've witnessed very little behavior on the RP server as Jamison that would be fitting for a security officer of Virgo's colony; or, if the behavior is a reflection of the player's own behaviors, as an admin of Citadel. Consistently strafing the border of being a shitter, consistently losing his job IC due to poor behavior. The mere mention of "compulsory cheating" makes me feel wary about this application, given Mirk's behavior on the station as a player. In general, I'd like to ask the admins to consider denying the application.

I've only seen you on Citadel for a brief time, which in and of itself makes me somewhat wary of backing your application. However, in that time, I've seen you removed from your job as a Security officer on at least one occasion, as well as make potentially lethal hazards by hacking NIFsofts without the proper equipment and disabling or killing yourself and anyone who touches the machine for the remainder of the round.

In these situations, I would expect to see you warn others of the danger you created. Instead, you (or your character) always deny any involvement repeatedly while more people are hurt by your actions.

In-character or not, this is not the way I would expect a team-oriented security player, or an administrator, to play. This is a no from me.

If you mean that one, I was staff on commodore 64. Game Master in fact (Along with Eluf_Elof). 
 Huh, Nevermind that previous statement about you not being there. I guess you were admin on Commodore. Couldn't remember ya and didn't find any adminapps with your name on the old c64 forums. Maaan, I should have stayed in touch with you like I did Nickner21 and the dudes. I wonder how Cheet0 is doing.

Yeah, that server. I never applied. I somehow got in when it started, played and ended up as admin. Man, I was, what, 14 back then? 15? No idea. I still remember some people from there. Finlandier, for example. Good times, good times.
