Fist part of the complaint:
They spawned themselves as a cetcom officer and when they got tired they killed their character through OOC means instead of using any of the cryosleep pods, tram doors or teleportes avaible:

Second part of the complaint:
They spawned themselves once again as a cetcom officer and started killing mobs in the mine of Virgo 2 despite being a full exploration team present at the moment. The expedition was about to reach the mine when I confronted them, they back again killed their character.

Sadly I can't access the logs or have a round ID, the second round is going on right now.

For the first issue, let me state that I was logged in as a CentCom Officer, meaning I had more than all access, I had EVERY access, to centcom and beyond. I had joined that round to settle an IC dispute between two players and had finished the job that I had set out to do. The IAA officer in question did ask for my assistance in character, yes. However, being a CCO, I essentially brushed them off because bigger fish to fry. Once I had finished my job of settling the other two characters down, I called in an admintool called Smite (Vore) and caused a red shadekin to basically eat my character and dissapear. My reasoning for this is because my roommate was wanting to go out and get dinner and I had been pushing it off all night long. I decided that instead of wasting more time, it would just be quicker to go out via shadekin.

For the second issue, yeah, I spawned myself on the surface of an away mission. I wasn't expecting the away team to actually get down to the surface of Virgo because I myself hadn't seen it happen. If I had waited 10 minutes, I would have known that they were going to get down. However, once it was brought to my attention that they WERE coming down, I deleted the stuff I had spawned (A suit cooling module and an Oxygen tank) that was left on the shuttle and dealt 50 brute damage to myself. Essentially what I was trying to do there was a combination of damage control and setting up a bit of a mystery of "Hey, how did this person get down here?" for the away team. Yes it was impromptu, yes I could have been more proactive in watching the away team, and yes it was probably not the best thing to do. However, I haven't injured, harmed, or otherwise impeeded another player's actions through my own, have I?

Let me first start off by saying that if there is a dispute between two players IC, you do not need to come aboard as a CC Officer; who is entirely outside of the station chain of command, above the Colony Director, and admin spawn only. There's two Internal Affairs Agent slots which are designed for this sort of thing - https://wiki.vore-station.net/Internal_Affairs. Second of all, on the topic of shadekins, this isn't the first time you've done the whole 'vored by red-eyed shadekin' to quickly leave the station, it's in fact the third time. The first time I witnessed this was after executing a prisoner with me (said prisoner had commit murder and escaping a Hold Until Transfer sentence), then while taking the prisoner to the morgue you deleted their corpse and used the shadekin vore smite on yourself. The second time I directly witnessed it was at the elevator after you had spoken to the psychologist with me there as a witness to an injunction against another crew member, and after doing so you even took the time to subtle message me something along the lines of "I'm not going to eat you and steal your gun today," but I'm paraphrasing. The logs can show what was actually said, that much I'm sure of.

During the same round during the first admin-voresmiting of yourself that I witnessed, you proceeded to spawn a red-eyed shadekin mob and possessed it, using it to vore crew members, steal equipment and generally be a godawful unkillable nuisance. Doing so you vored AFK crew, crew with specific "DO NOT VORE ME" preferences and fucked with the entire flow of the round for your own amusement. How this is considered okay behaviour on the RP server is beyond me, as there wasn't any RP involved in this at all; the shadekin can immediately and without being able to escape it teleport under a person and instantly vore them, then strip them inside their stomach. Originally you were eating people and carrying them around, digesting them until someone pointed out the existence of an OOC-Escape button for these exact situations. After this, you proceeded to eat people, strip them of their IDs and backpacks before plopping them out and stashing the stolen gear.

To add insult to injury, when we did finally manage to kill this instantly teleporting seemingly immortal shadekin by abusing an energy net gun to freeze you in place, (and that is in fact if we did manage to kill the shadekin, after all it did explode into blood and drop the small amount of clothing it was carrying in it's stomach,) you respawned yourself as a red-eyed shadekin once more and continued fucking with us right until the tram left for Central.

So, this should answer your question of "However, I haven't injured, harmed, or otherwise impeeded another player's actions through my own, have I?"

Also imagine if someone spawned themselves with gear in the main server and wiped out the megafauna in lavaland, this thread would be filled with complaints.


As a notes:
Even if he didn't have time to drag his character butt to cryosleep he had time to argue with me in Ahelpchat, not only that he spawned himself as a shadekin short after that and started attacking the crew apparently.

When I confroted him he was Aghosting around, so the whole "I could have been more proactive watching the away team" it's bullshit.
