Reason for complaint: In my clowning around I spiked Gallagher's drinks with liquid laughter a couple of times.  This made him very upset. In another incident I hopped over the kitchen table (no chef on duty) to cook up some spider legs. Gallagher came in to baton me and remove me from the kitchen. In the midst of my escape, I accidentally swiped him. I was on red intent from butchering the spider. I apologized, but to no avail. Gallagher used to opportunity to beat me to death and throw me down disposals. I believe this was not a valid reason to kill me.
