Reason Banned: "After multiple warnings in the past, STILL goes around and instigates fights via randomly pushing people for no reason at all, as a ""joke"". When their victim retaliated, they critted them. Not acceptable."

Appeal Reason: I am appealing because I understand the reason I got banned, and would like to be given another chance. I was trying to run a gimmick of being the "school bully" by pushing people and demanding their lunch money, which wasn't meant to harm anyone. When I did this to Darket, he retaliated with pushing me back, which is understandable. I was trying to tell him that we should both stop as we had reached a stalemate, but he continued to push me over. I hit him with a wrench, which caused him to pick up chairs and throw them at me. After running around dodging chairs, he finally got a good push on me and tablespammed. I was stuck in the tablespam for about two minutes until I finally got up and ran away, grabbed a toolbox, and bashed him over the head with it. I understand that I was in the wrong by initally instigating the arguement, and I shouldn't have beat him over it. I was just upset, and thought that the fight had been properly escalated. I had brought him to cryo after I put him in critical, as I had no intention of actually killing him, and as I was talking with the admins about the situation he continued to attack me. I didn't think this would be anything but an IC issue, but I can see how I may have hurt other people's experience. I don't plan to run any gimmicks like that in the future, and I will start to consider how my actions affect other player's games. I had no intentions to break the rules, nor did I to grief, and I apoligize that is what it lead to. It won't happen again, and I hope I can be given another chance. Thanks for reading.

My problem is that you got multiple warnings over this, and decided to continue with your behavior. I'm just a mod, but the most i can vouch for is a slight decrease in the time banned because you do seem sorry.

In this particular instance, I'd say the escalation and the handling after the fight was proper. the multiple warnings contributed and the steadily increased jobbans as well.

Maybe a week longer from today, as a chance to do better and respect space law in general.

It can't keep continuing on though.
