okay first of all you can only really appeal one ban per thread so idk whatever happened with victoria boyer or w/e but i'm not going to address that here

i find the silicon ban justified although i wouldn't mind you appealing it in another week. i waited too long to deal with this and now the logs are gone but i also seem to remember the story about the chaplain only involving one hit so i'd be happy to amend that part of the ban reason, but the rest of it seems to be valid

Well, the initial ban was supposed to be for a week, but then it was extended to permanent because I said staff had lied about the situation, which as you agreed, they were incorrect, and I've read the required material when it was given for the rules (even if they were vague on some of the points made by staff).

So the ban should never have been permanent due to a staff mistake, and them getting angry for me pointing this out, and salt increasing the ban to permanent over a week.

As a minor edit, the person who was showing the most agro at that time was a moderator who has since been deadmodded for his conduct, if I'm right, same chap who was the lawyer.

i think you should have been banned anyway though, the only thing that i disagree with was the actual reason. i guess this will just cause more confusion if i unban you, reban you, and tell you to make another appeal for the new ban though so i'll just lift it, it's been almost a month anyway.
