Appeal Reason: This is my second try, so, uh, yeah. When was the last attempt? Like, 3 months ago? Would a griefer really be doing that? 3 months ago I've started playing SS13, and I had completely 0 idea of what the supermatter crystal does or how it functions, I realise that it was so fucking stupid of me to run straight into it, and then respond to the bwoinks with stupid quotes, wasn't my brightest moment. Citadel is currently my only permaban, you may even find some irony in that. I think for the past months I have learned more and more of the mechanics, of how you should actually talk to admins when you get bwoinked. Anyways, yeah, second try. Electric boogaloo.

Nikito has been very active on Yogs and I can confirm they behave well enough. Couple of recent notes but nothing particularly worrisome, I'd wager they're being sincere about wanting to return and behave.

Also, on the the theme of unbanning, I'm pretty sure that I have atleast three pbanned ckeys on Citadel. The first one I have made to explain the situation, although late, I think like.. 13 days later, I managed to get that account banned faster than I have written an ahelp. The cycle continued, untill I finally decided to stop. I may be explaining this poorly, but I have commited multikeying + ban evading. Should the permaban really be removed due to this fact?
