This is the channel for any sort of complaints. I'm not just gonna blow up OOC or ghost chat cause that will have /zero/ affect on anything. If you want specifics I'll start logging them but I really don't feel like it's necessary. This complaint only really exists because I don't think you've got the charisma to be an admin.

Of course, i just want to know why. 

When someone says you're bad or you have a problem, don't you want to know why?

Edit: And if that person won't say why, wouldn't that make you wanna defend yourself?

I mean Rae's good, he follows rules very strictly but at the same times knows them very well. If you're being slapped by him, there's a reason. If he toggles OOC, it means there's a reason. Rae's online almost everyday for long amounts of time and is always available to help.

When Rae redirects you to the #mentor-help channel, he's completely free to do so. Knowing him, it's either because he himself doesn't know the answer or has other stuff on hands. You actually aren't supposed to AHELP in-game mechanical questions. You're saying this was just not a "formal complaint", but you clearly state that your opinion is that Raeschen wouldn't be a great admin, if so, you need to bring up more evidence as you said, because admin-complaints are a serious thing that will need review from most of the staff most of the times, and writing 2 lines often doesn't make the cut.

Until I have something more concrete feel free to delete the thread. I just don't really enjoy him as much as I enjoy every other staff member. Clearly it's a personal issue, but I wanted to voice it here. If he has a track record of making people feel 'iffy' it might be something that should be known instead of people griping in ooc/ghost until it's too late and he's set in concrete as an admin.
Once upon a time in a now-dead community (BestRP) there was someone very similar to him on the staff team who literally ended up splitting the community in two over really awkward issues and eventually just killed the server altogether. I just get bad vibes here, that's all.
