Security Job Ban

Reason Banned: Had a plan with another security memeber to dehumanize the lizard and furry races onstation via selfantagging and changing the AI laws. Was warned this would merit them a ban but latter in the shift, executed a lizard crew member via harmbaton as well as supposed others without HoS or Captain permission.

Admin who banned: subtumaka on 2017-06-24 12:16:47 (I believe this incident occured around a week ago)

Length banned:  Looks like permanent. It's not stated in the ban.

Appeal Reason: I really enjoy playing Warden and believe I was falsely banned. That shift I played Warden and with the HoS and a Security Officer started being very "pro-human" by saying a good list of racial slurs aimed mostly at lizard characters purely as a gimmick. I personally stopped the moment I was warned and continued on with the shift. The reason I executed a lizard crew member was because they excessively spammed riot foam darts on security personnel (This was the shift where a Donk Soft vendor was spawned in the dorms). Thinking back on it I should have made a PM to the admins about that.

So I get a tip off from the HoS. Apparently you, warden and the detective whom I forgot who was. Had a plan to plant a gun on a lizardperson and then use this as an excuse to upload an AI law that stated lizard people would no longer be considered human. This is a bad thing. Bwoinked ye both. You both said yes and I hoped that was the end of that.

Then I get a notification by the citadel server bot after I had logged of. It says along the lines of "I just got executed by the warden without captain's permission, I had nothing lethal" and the person executed just happened to be a lizardperson. So you get my suspicions rising a lil bit there. 

Asked around an apparently the warden was shooting lethal pew pews. The person who ahelped in question didn't get shot to death by a misfire or caught in the blast of the lethal lasers, they got harmbatoned to death. Asked the dude, and he said he had to use riot darts in self defense. When I hoped on, you were gone. So based on this evidence, (anti-lizard, wanting to dehumanize lizards, resorting to lethals, harmbaton execution, left as soon as round was over) that you were some sorta dick who wanted to cause trouble in a round then left after you got bored. And I couldn't question you since you;d left, I slapped on a whammy klablammy perma jobban. 

But since ya made a ban appeal, I can confirm you aren't a dick who wanted a grief a round, and that you just chose a really dumb gimmick that backfired and was made worse by a crew who overreacted and both sides over escalated the matters at hand.
