Ban type/duration (where you are banned from and for how long): Main/RP PERMANENTLY

Ban reason: Extremely long note history across Main, RP, TG, and Virgo dating back as far as four years, if not further. In this most recent incident, as part of End of Round Grief, cuffed, stripped, and climaxed with another player without any form of consent, and when comfronted by that person's IC partner, started all-caps yelling about how he cucked them. Due to their long history, on top of this, this ban has been applied to both Main and RP, and probably shouldnt be lifted, even with a vouch.

Your side of the story: I didnt know the person and I wasnt aware that they were someone's wife, not that it matters, but what I did was not out of malice or out of ''being a creep'', I was just chimping out on EORG, I didnt even do a single emote, it was all mechanical and it was just one click, no RP involved whatsoever. Does this mean that I'm not sorry about what I've done? No. When I realized that I upsetted them, both her and her partner, I rushed to them next round to apologize profusely to both of them in LOOC, before I even got adminPM'd by anyone at all... Lolli (The one I used the ERP mechanics with) forgave me and understood this, she told me to be more careful next time, and this is the first time I've done something like this, both in EORG or otherwise. We had a nice LOOC talk, and we ended on good terms, but not Suvar.. Suvar never accepted any of my apologies, and even after I knew I was going to get banned, even after I got banned I did try to reach out to him, I apologized to him, profusely, but he wasnt having any of it and insisted that I should be permabanned for this, and this is the partner's victim not the victim herself.
I tried to talk with him recently, saying that whats more important to me is to be forgiven, he just blocked me, I guess some people are like that but that's irrelevant...
I got a long note history and other servers know about it, yes, and I got punished, not only here but in other servers, too. I'm aware that I look like a lost case to some, but I've been doing my very best to be on my best behavior, and this can be seen in other servers, in Paradise, too, they didnt want to unban me, but after 2 years they have done so, I've not been in the furry servers lately, not long enough for admins to decide that I havent changed, I did change, I've been an admin in a now closed high-pop Fallout server called Drymouth Gulch for a good couple of months, I got a taste of my own medicine and a different outlook on players and admins alike, and if someone did what I did, yes, I would've looked at his previous notes, yes, I would've punished him with a long ban, but not straight out exhile them, forever, without a chance of appealing and/or a chance to be vouched for.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I dont want to be outright unbanned, instead, what I ask for is the chance to let you people see that I'm not such a terrible guy and a lost cause, I've changed, what I did wasnt out of malice but out of stupidity...

I request a reduction of my permanent ban from indefinite to at least a year or more, or the chance of, by playing other servers, be able to be vouched for by other players and admins after playing there for a considerate amount of time.

I still very firmly sit on what I said in the ban reason. Unless a headmin overrules me, I have zero plans to lift this purely because of your very long, and very bad history. This particular event is nothing short of disgusting and would be hard to appeal on it's own, but combined with the multiple promises of "I have/ I will change" you saying it this time doesn't hold a lot of water, especially when there's nobody to actually back you up on that claim.

I'll poke a headmin to weigh in on this, but unless they overrule me, this isn't gonna be lifted

I'm going to make a list of reasons, and why context matters:

1: Yes, it is disgusting, but that would be if I intended it to be something sexual wich it 100% was NOT, as a lot of people including admins know, I lean thowards the submissive side and this incident wouldnt had happened, ever, outside of EORG.

2: Like I said in reason nº1, it was inside EORG, if what I did I did in mid-round, then it would be a completely different story, because it wouldn't had been done in the ''UNGA EORG KILL TIME'' mindset, no matter if I did it with or without emotes.

3: LOLLI FORGAVE ME. The person that I did this to? After talking with her in LOOC, explaining my point of view and apologizing profusely, she forgave me, we ended up in good terms, we spoke about it and I promised her that I would never, ever do anything like that ever again, wich I dont intend to, since it was the first time I did anything like that, and I did not expect that it would had made her feel so bad, and that it would get me exhiled from this community.

4: Not only I apologized to the victim and got forgiven, I contacted them on my own accord, unaware that I was going to get adminPM'd about it, just because I saw that they felt very bad about it, and even if I wouldnt had felt the same way if it happened to me on the exact same way, I do understand that some people are more sensitive than others, and I felt very, very bad about it.

5: I'm not even asking for the ban to be lifted, as stated on the appeal, I'm asking for either a reduction, or the possibility to have another server vouch out for me. I did something bad, and I should be punished, yes, but this is way too harsh and its been blown out of proportion, it is very, very unfair in my point of view and a lot of other people that I talked this about with agree with me, including admins of this server, wich I will not mention.

6: Genuine regret. I regret this action with all of my heart, I hate what I did not because of the ban itself, but because I made someone feel terrible and even if she has forgiven me, I still hate it. This is something that has never happened to me before (as mentioned in reason 1, me and my characters never are tops or on the ''giving'' side), and it is the first time, ever, in this server, in Virgo, in any server whatsoever that I have done something like this, WITH OR WITHOUT CONSENT.


Also, there's probably a lot of people that can back me up on this, but you dont wanna give me the chance, I have changed, I play in other servers and never cause trouble, I'm not a griefer, I dont break into places and steal stuff, I dont use offensive language, I dont fucking RAPE people in ongoing rounds, reasons why are listed on the reply.
This is too harsh of a punishment, its not even a punishment is a straight out exhile, it is not fair, considering the person I did this to had forgiven me and it could had ended on that, and it should, cause I never intend to do anything remotely similar ever again and it was the first time ever I have done something like this.

There's one thing that you seem to be missing. Regardless of Lolli forgiving you for this incident, regardless of it being EROG (which wouldn't matter even in a case like this, you still did it without OOC consent, EROG or not). This isn't just about the OOC non-con, which again, would be hard to appeal on it's own and even says this in our server rules, this also includes the piles of notes that you've accumulated on multiple servers for doing the exact same thing over and over again. You get in trouble, usually for self antagging, eventually players or admins raise complaints, get the "I'm sorry, I'll change" song and dance, then you disappear for a while until people have had time to forget and come back to continue doing, again, the exact same thing.

Something I'd also like to note is that, reading over your notes on main, this is in fact, not the first time you've been in trouble for OOC non-con. It's just the first time you got punished for it.

Each and every time you did something note / banworthy, you immediately rolled back full time and went into 'I did not mean to do this' / 'I'll never repeat this' mode, which uh, doesn't really make this all that trustable. -1. Also, in general, get a vouch first, then appeal. Not going to go off some hypothetical vouches here.

As I said, what I want is not a straight up unban, I just want the possibility to someday be able to come back, be it a year, be it two, be it two with a vouch, I dont care. I just dont think that a straight up exhile is fair at all, I joined for a while, say a month or two I cant remember, and I didnt cause much trouble at all, until this happened.
If this didnt happen I would still be playing today, the lenghty note history is there, yes, but I served my punishments, and if the person in LOOC forgave me and ended in good terms with me why is it fair that I get the boot for this incident, then?
If I didnt do this, I would still be playing, making friends and be following the rules as I was doing before this happened.

This goes beyond just the tipping point event here that got you banned.
No amount of raw apologies will get the ban overturned, or anything similar with reducing it.
You'd need to prove to us with evidence that without a doubt that we won't be seeing any more issues come up with you, but I don't see that happening any time soon.

That's what vouches are for. You're putting the cart before the horse.

Go get a vouch then make an appeal. We're not changing your perma to a timed ban so you can run down the clock, and there's no guarantee you'll change your attitude or behaviour just after x amount of time. It doesn't matter if you're perma'd or have a year or two on the timer, just get a vouch from another server showing that you are in fact reformed, and make an appeal showing that.
