Appeal Reason: I was banned from all of cargo and all heads of staff because i ordered guns as QM a long long time ago, i learned my lesson and i want to play as the heads again.

Unless you or someone else has logs of the event I'll probably just lift it in a bit. Not right away though because you're fresh off a permaban as well so I want to be sure you're at least somewhat trustworthy first. Maybe like, a week or two.
