Ban type/duration (where you are banned from and for how long): Manually Requested Permaban on Main.

Ban reason: Manually requested after an argument with banning admin that caused me to lose my temper

Your side of the story: I mean i would give my side of the story, but it would be mostly negative towards the banning Admin because i still disagree with their opinion on the situation that caused me to request my own permaban.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I mean i don't really know, i have shown over and over that i am a very controversial player to deal with, both in ahelps, IC and OOC with multiple cases of overescalation.

What i can vouch for though is that i have since improved my behavior over on Hyper (Despite what Dahlular might tell you),
with me only ever eating a single ban and no notes throughout my time there (Which was around 1 and a half months)
(The ban was actually only supposed to be a note because i attacked someone with a welder for killing my corgi, but the admin in question extended that one to a ban because apparently i was being "A dick" for defending myself in ahelps)

As for why i am wanting to be unbanned:
Hyper sucks, it is so fucking bad holy shit, i thought i could easily replace citadel with Hyper but it turns out its just Winfre ERP Club with selective enforcement of the rules there.

Rather go back to citadel with the devil i know, rather than the devil i dont.

Ok first of all um what.

Not my ban but lemme put it this way.
There's not catching so many notes and bans that your note history could be a published article.
And then there's behaving in a way that's good enough for admins of a specific server under their specific context to vouch for you.
Why do you get to vouch for yourself and tell us to ignore what a head admin of a server says?
I know Dahlular well enough to say that this entire argument is ridiculous. If they're selectively metafriending using their authority it's sure been hidden from me for a long damn time.
Try not being disagreeable and actually changing and not y'know, completely having the point of having people get vouches fly over your head.

When they're in reality, millimeters away from an actual permaban.

Did you even read over your post before putting it here? Like, legitimately reread it and try and imagine the perspective of anyone but you reading it. You write what is essentially "Don't unban me" in as many ways as possible.

Seeing as I co-host hyper and player rep Citadel, it's important that I give you my take on this.
Simply put and straight forward, your behavior has not improved, I'm not sure where you're getting a vouch from, but it's certainly not from me, or any of the hyper admins as far as I know. Your behavior on the server was acceptable at times, but OOCly a lot of issues have spurred from the sheer amount of arguments and drama you've caused, resulting in your permaban from the discord.
I do not wish to see a repeat of this kind of stuff here on Citadel, especially regarding the similar instances that happened months ago as well, before your requested permaban. A lot of your notes here draw constants between your behavior from your time on both servers, and I genuinely do not see much improvement. My apologies if that seems too brash.

I thought i knew Dahl well too, then they became Head Admin on Hyper, OVER REDTAIL who had loads more experience.
That is also why the Owner of Hyper added a Moderator with 0 experience in using Admin Tools over people with loads of experience such as Misdoubtful(Fulp) and Geemisief(Cit).

I will be fully honest, i made this post as half-meme half-serious and just kinda half-arsed the unban appeal in like 5 minutes because i /KINDA/ wanna get unbanned because i saw how well off i actually was with Citadel compared to Hyper, but its half a meme because i still hear the most ridiculous shit happen on here, mainly you guys doxxing your own Admins and then demoting one of your Admins for not wanting to show their face (When said Admin had requested leave to go to military service in the past)

I literally only ever had 1 instance of a bwoink come at me that resulted in punishment. within my 1.5 months on Hyper.

And that was when you bwoinked me for overescalation, because apparently defending your corgi is bad after shoving and pulling and saying "stop" amounts to nothing, i guess im not allowed to fight for the life of a Corgi that means something to my character (Because god forbid you RP on a MRP server and show fear towards losing your pet and not act like an apathetic sadistic idiot who loves gibbing people)

Because i pointed out flaws and issues with the server, all of which have been ignored over and over by Quote (The Host) and you, yourself.
Many people echoed these complaints of mine and were backing me up in chat, and it got so bad for you you had to mute an entire channel just to make your points, which entirely makes your points moot.
You then proceeded to permaban me and 3 other people for laughing our asses off at your sheer incompetence in handling the situation.


Also reminder that this is something you actually said about /YOUR OWN/ playerbase to me in DMs.

The argument on Hyper's Discord (in the wrong channel albeit, being #suggestions) that went on for a few hours got inevitably got muted due to the chaos the entire discussion had become. People were purposely misinterpreting the rules to make a fool out of admins; the comments in your first screenshot should show it effectively. Reminder that the whole argument spurred because I explained to everyone that geneticists shouldn't hand out an array of powers like free candy for no justifiable reason, because it's powergaming. I'd like to point out that Hyper's genetics is a downstream of TG's as well, so the space adaptation mutation provides full protection in a vacuum, besides oxygen... This is the point you were arguing you should have as a cargo technician.
As much as I'd like to counterpoint effectively and explain further what's happening with the out-of-context screenshots (again) that you've dug up, this is not the place to discuss the ins and outs of your behavior on Hyper's Discord. Point is, you claim to have improved since your time on Hyper, and I can simply say that is not true. Just take a step back and look at your posts and replies in THIS forum alone, that doesn't really show how healthy you are for the community, let alone the staff team here as well.

Honestly, just reading your posts here, I can tell you haven't changed, and probably shouldn't be unbanned any time soon. Dahlular speaking about your behavior on Hyperstation only confirms that in my eyes.
