Ban reason: Banned from Head of Personnel - As HoP, gave clown armory access as a "random, impossible to reach without having multiple other forms of access place". We expect better from our heads and handing out access to the most secure location on the entire station is not acceptable.

Your side of the story: Alright, after successfully putting this appeal off for almost four months (Ban Date: 2019-07-27 07:24:03 ) since it happened and exactly one month since Justin told me themselves they'd be willing to resolve my appeal (See: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... nation.PNG) I'm finally doing it. Because I know MrJWhit has stepped down from the server's staff relatively recently, I'm not entirely sure the level of detail that's required here as I've typed up fairly lengthy descriptions of the event that caused my ban both to Justin and various friends of mine. If you need more detail I can easily check what I wrote prior and copy/paste oodles of text. Either way, here's the short version of it: A clown asked for all access and I gave them armory access with no brig access and did not inform the clown they were given this access. I instead informed them they had been access to a mystery location and encouraged them to hunt for it. I've done this before with other clowns, usually giving out such access as Xenobio, as a prank to make them look extremely suspicious and get harassed by Security. However, the clown happened to trail an officer into the brig immediately after, causing the impression I gave them brig access, and were promptly tazed and thrown out. They never received brig access nor did they interact with the armory at all according to the warden that was playing that shift and two other officers who I messaged over discord the same day after the shift had ended. Due to bad luck and bad timing, I was blamed for giving the clown brig access and the Captain chose to charge me with lethal red lasers. I ran a circle around the bridge to dodge them and the lawyer was kicked out of the round for running me away from the Captain firing upon me with lethals. During the ahelp, both myself and the sole admin online were not entirely sure on details as it was assumed I gave the clown brig access and that he broke all the way into the armory. It wasn't until after the shift and the ban that the full story was pieced together. I also spent the majority of my ahelp messages defending the lawyer instead of myself. Considering this was the day I got my college diploma, I didn't care to appeal it and even as it became more and more apparent I could appeal it I simply was never in the mood to. I needed a break from HoP.

Why you think you should be unbanned: Because it has almost been four months, it took place before all the details of what happened were known, and I've already discussed the issue at length with the admin who banned me and they seemed fine unbanning me once I submitted a proper forum post.

Yeah, just saying that that is me through the DMs. I don't have any actual power over it, but, I've seen Icksies calm down a lot as a head of staff, and become a lot more reasonable.
I stand by what I said that this is fine to unban.
