Appeal Reason: I can be less non-combative and stop being rude to other players. I'm disputing my my IC behaviour was ever "extremely toxic," if it ever came close to even mean I was responding in kind to other's antagonism. The issue here, prompting this ban and in fact general was deadsay salt, which I can easily cease doing while still playing. 

Personally I think a perma is kinda extreme if the behaviour is actually shown only in DCHAT or OOC, I actually haven't seen you be toxic ICly, so dunno. What comes to mind as an easy solution would be a DCHAT and OOC ban and that's it.
