Appeal Reason: I've read the rules and I done the time and I was banned totally from the server for 2 weeks and ever since I've been back I've shown nothing but the bestest behavior as primarily command staff. I think numerous times I've demonstrated my desire to be a constructive part of this server, from the goddamn essay I wrote for the questionnaire, my forum posts and my continued exemplary conduct since I got the slap on the wrists. 

When I showed up, I didn't have any respect for the server rules, or Ick in OOC but none of it was malevolent, I was just usually fucked up and wanting to have a silly time, getting too into my character. The administration here might have how they feel which is determined through a highlight reel of the low points of my playtime, but those aren't even 5% of what I do here, and there are plenty of people on the server that would back me up based on how I play as Jojo, and even how I've played as DIO in the past. I've jumped through hoops to reach out to y'all, please give me the chance to further demonstrate how much I care.

And for the staff here that are particularly unfond of me, you can use whatever fuckup you're imagining I'll pull off to finally send me packing for good. I know that's not an uncommon sentiment so give me the chance to prove you wrong, or prove you right! Either way it works out for y'all.

(Also there are like no decent AI's that play consistently besides D-args and they can only be AI so many rounds. I had to teach the last AI we actually had how the turrets worked.)

I can vouch for both JoJo and Dio. Nothing but fun games with those characters.

<3 dawwwww shucks I thought I'd have to shill for some back up. I should ask some peeps. For every admin that hates me I could grab 4-5 people that would vouch I'm sure.

Well, if I could use OOC that would be the case. Only having discord might lower that number. But STILL!

And also, the law was "THE CREW MUST BE SPANKED" and the N20 flood happened after more than 30 minutes of escalation, and a desperate AI trying as best as it could to live up to its law while asimov'd. The crew just ignored it the entire time and we got to that point. If anything, it was a failure of the staff. I WARNED them, All ANYone had to do was law 2 their way into upload, anyone, I would have welcomed it, but no one cared or came. I would never suggest that the staff were even slightly biased with the severity of the ban though. I'm sure it was just following an established protocol from cases in the past.

I'd be happy to talk to any of them about it. A two minute discord conversation listing the specific problems with me the staff have would be constructive and informative. I would happily address any presented concerns regarding my re-in-statement, or craft out a timeline for which I could work to continue to improve and demonstrate how much I OBVIOUSLY care for this.
