Ban Appeal - Banned out of the blue

Reason Banned: "Alt of CarbonMan"
Admin who banned: Ragolution
Length Banned: Permanent
Reason for appeal:
So, I was playing on Citadel as a borg named AirMan (after the Megaman character), scrubbing some N2O out of the library when I was teleported without warning to the prison cell.
I then received this:
You have been banned by ragolution.
Reason: Alt of CarbonMan
This is a permanent ban.

I am not whoever this CarbonMan was. Similar nomenclature because of the way MegaMan names are done I guess, but I have no idea who this is, or why I was banned.
