Appeal Reason: Had tons of time to reflect and improve as a player and done so, stopped my metagrudging habit, and hold no ill-will to anyone there might have been friction with in the past, I'm generally just helpful to crew as I play now, and have played other servers without incident. I would like another chance on the server so I have more places to RP and spess.

Also looked for a vouch for a popular server I've played the most, including since my Citadel ban without incident.
