RP Ban Appeal

Reason Banned: (MANUAL BAN) Mostly just building on the history of notes, basically concerning Low-RP behavior, giving you a more concrete push to give other servers a try. This is not so much a permanent ban, but instead something you can and should appeal when you think you've gotten a hang of a heavier roleplay enviroment and want to give CitRP a chance again.

Appeal Reason: I was told to appeal after a bit or when I felt I wanted to return, that it was more of a push to try other servers. (As if I somehow couldn't do it before if I had wanted to?) After a week or so of letting it rest though, I think it's about time I've put up an appeal for it.

Honestly, you just got banned off main and almost got a perma there. I dont see any reason you should get a lift on RP

You didn't really carry any justification as to why you should be unbanned, and after your antics and note history on main, which has laxer rules, I see zero reason why you should then be unbanned from RP. You need to take a break from the community as a whole in my opinion.

Basically what's said above. The idea for the ban was to have you try other servers to see if they fit your roleplay style better, as the RP server requires a much higher level of it then some other servers. With Main being an example of a lower roleplay server, and the events that recently took place there, I find this appeal rather silly. I'm going to have to deny this appeal. When you've built up a generous bit more experience of the roleplay side of the game rather than the gameplay mechanics side is when I feel it would be right to appeal, and that's when I'd have no problem lifting the ban.

It felt to me like the ban didn't have any real excuse to be permanent, other than an IC jab and throwing someone two tiles out of a door. It hardly justifies a permaban, especially with no previous suspensions. The whole time it felt more like a 'we don't want you here but don't have enough to build a stronger case, so we're "helping" you by banning you' instead of a ' you broke the rules this is your punishment'. I've heard the whole "straw that broke the camel's back" line before, and if it is supposed to be the main point instead, maybe something other than a permaban would be more appropriate? Again it seems like a lot for a first ban, and for such little to work with.

I'm tempted to post the logs for the "IC jab" and the context for "throwing someone two tiles", since wording them that way vastly understates the severity in context, but you should know the contexts for those and why they're wrong from before. You have a point though, being that you haven't actually received any tangible punishment other than a large number of warnings so far because our admins are afraid of Kevin. It still seems to me that you don't really understand why you're getting these warnings or what you're doing wrong. I'll be lowering this to a month duration at best, but please understand that this is a roleplay server. When one player makes significant enough of an impact to disrupt/kill the roleplay for others, they'll just be escorted out. The level of roleplay here absolutely requires the effort to be put in.

the most unbiased i can get with this is "they should not have gotten to where they were in the first place without a ban, but I'm not going to argue against an unban either because it feels to me they're basically playing pingpong right now and that is BAD and how we got Improvedname with his "I'm shit on TG xd gimme a chance here i only shit up OTHER servers!""
