Reason Banned: Disconnected mid AHELP.  hang tight: was doing what they were doing, until they aggressive grabbed and threw someone in the hallway, then proceeded to assault a crewmember, got attacked back and put into near- crit before being healed and morphined. ( considering they attacked someone randomly, i can understand) proceeded to attack the person healing them, before being arrested. They were already part of an assault earlier in the shift, and the captain decided to perma them for being a massive nuisance. Proceeded to salt in LOOC and IC in LOOC, and disconnected some time back and forth without warning beforehand.

Appeal reason: I got banned for disconnecting in the middle of an Ahelp that i requested myself. Its MY ahelp. Why do i have to stick around? he was taking forever to figure out what was happening after i told him i was beaten, kidnapped and then put in prison because someone saw my cuffs and thought i escaped. I explained that to the SEC and to the admins but no one seemed to understand at all or even slightly care. I was frustrated because i was falsely imprisoned and on top of that was accused of assaulting people for no reason which isnt at all true. I explained to the admin that i beat up two guys for jumping over the bar table while i was showing the bar man some basics. They both ended up stabbing me ( he claims he didnt see this in logs) and then i was beaten to crit and dragged to a sleeper. At the sleeper i was overdosed on morphine ( a deadly amount) and i was drug through maintenance and was forced to wear a sundress with a tracking beacon on it. The SEC didnt take even a minute to examine me and see i was covered in a flammable liquid, drugged off of morphine, and wearing a fucking tracking device. I didnt do anything wrong to be banned at all. i got frustrated because this dude couldn't help me with my Ahelp so i just left. After being drugged he said " you attacked them first so its valid" its not valid at all because i attacked them for trespassing as would any chef or bartender. I was helping the man learn his job and instead got fuckin tortured in that round by admin and the police. I tried to be nice to the admin but he just couldnt understand that i was in need of help and that i didn't do anything. Also why ban someone for ditching their own AHelp? i didnt do anything wrong. I only threw an AFK chef over the counter. Thats all i did that was wrong so i dont understand at all why i was banned and not them but i hope it gets appealed and you help me out with my previous Ahelp because this situation is fucking ridiculous. Also the captain didnt decide to perma me i dont think he even told me that. Lapis got perma. I got perma NOT for being a nuisance, but because they thought i escaped prison which makes zero sense at all. Hopefully we can do another Ahelp and you can help me out this time because this is just bullshit. I didnt assault anybody i beat two dudes up for climbing the counter, and i threw an AFK chef over a counter, and was fighting with the mime for throwing chairs at me. We are friends on that station though. ( and no we werent meta gaming we used PDA) oh and also i had to shower anyways. It was like 1 am i think and i wanted to shower and was hoping for a quick a help but that didnt happen and i was frustrated so i left my own AHelp. I dont see the problem with that but i do see the problem with letting me get drugged and saying "oh well you hit them first so its fine" its not fine at all. Sorry for leaving but i hope you understand why i did that, and i hope you see and admit to the mistakes that youve made as well.  Most of the things in the reasoning are not  even real facts. Also im pretty positive i left ONE time. And uh oh yea, i didnt attack anyone randomly except for AFK dude so theres that. And i wasnt aware i had to tell you before i leave but alright ill do that next time. And a massive nuisance? not true. i was minding my business showing the barman the basics who was originally a mime. I dont understand where these facts come from but i hope someone can show the actual real logs and that i didnt attack someone for no reason. Either way, im not gonna be unbanned but i hope you guys can see his story is not 100 percent  true. Thanks.

For clarity's sake, and on retrospect, i actually shouldn't have perma'd you on your own ahelp, it's a mistake on my part, and i hope you'll understand why i did what i did.
However, do understand that i joined mid-round, with little information but what the logs told me. And what they did tell me was what i wrote on the note, and what i gathered from the other players. When i did check them, i saw no mention of cuffs in comms, only you attacking the mime earlier in the shift "Because they tried to eat them", insulting and ordering people around, and seemingly attacked a few people with little to no reason (To which you told me you didn't even remember.), then got surprised when you did get arrested about your antics and ahelped for it. Now, as i said i wish i had handled the situation better, that's true, but i did what i could with the information i had, and everything pointed to you being the issue.

As a final note, i do think the ban is to be removed and you have my apologies for the issue.

@ Soranayo i appreciate the response and thank you for getting things cleared up. Also me and the mime/barman are friends and he was just winding me up by throwing chairs so i slapped him around but all in a friendly sort of manner.  But i did get cuffed. That wasnt a lie. Nor was anything i mentioned. I do now remember the whole eat me thing. Basically the asshole wanted to eat me and the mime so i gave him a couple of warning hits. None of the people i attacked was for no reason other than the AFK chef. But all i did was throw him over the counter. And i was insulting the SEC because its honestly no secret that they are complete and utter shit. Im a good SEC officer however, and get zero complaints while doing it. Now, when i was cuffed ( yes that happened) i was forced to wear a sundress with a tracking device. I remember i hit the guy for wanting to eat me and he came back later to the bar and climbed the table. I hit him and his friend and thats when i was stabbed with glass, beaten by both of them, and took to sleeper and morphined ( drugged) ( deadly amounts) after that, i eventually escaped and was recaptured from my kidnapping by a sec officer who assumed i escaped prison when i was never sentenced at all. But no i didnt come on here to be toxic and to beat people for no reason. I didnt even do that at all. Did i flame or salt? yeah lmao but why not? i was beaten, drugged, kidnapped and falsely imprisoned. Who wouldn't be mad about that? but another thing too is that i dont go on here looking for trouble. It goes looking for me. I come to play ss13 and to enjoy it and have a good time. But im often misunderstood or some crazy shit happens. And its like this IRL too. It doesn't help i have a temper either i guess.
