so ive been banned from the majority of head roles on ss13. the ban seems to be permanent and i feel this is unfair and was hoping to grab an admins opinion on the topic???

Well, after looking into it, I will extend my apologies on the matter - turns out you were supposed to be unbanned from Head roles already, but that didn't happen in the end for one reason or another.
Regardless, the bans have been lifted now, so you're free to start playing command roles again.
