Appeal Reason:I'm going to start off by apologizing for being toxic, I get angry really quick and don't think before I speak, that is, however, no reason for what I said or did. I was a prick over Ahelp and LOOC, and honestly I don't care if I'm unbanned because frankly I deserve the ban in all honesty. Regardless, the situation leading up to this was frustrating, I played HoS and, yeah, my arrest on the clown wasn't warranted, but honestly I find Clown the most autistic thing ever so Ephrael's usually really dickish to them. That being said, arresting them for vandalism for drawing in crayon wasn't legit, no. But this led to Mischief disobeying at any turn he could, like when Douglas was making drug food (That I have never seen made and was berated for trying out even though, again, I've never seen them made.), I arrested him the first time, creating a workplace hazard and dispensing narcotics since the mushroom foods made you trip balls, then we had a nukeop and some Ninja, Nuke op died after nearly killing me so Eph was very ICly stressed, and oocly I was getting more than annoyed with both Sorick and Mischief. Sorick was denying me demoting an insubordinate officer who refused to arrest Douglas (But to be fair, there was a ninja about so I can give him some leeway on that.), so Ephrael was like 'are you fucking serious' whilst being stressed from nearly having died from a bomb and syndi-shotgun, oocly I was fine, up until the point where people were continously berating me, like Yoyo. So they tricked me by saying Douglas was making drug food again, stunned me, demoted me, then permabrigged me for 'mutiny', I'm pretty sure.

Mutiny is not as clear cut as it may seem, there may be a legitimate reason for their actions, such as their head of staff being utterly incompetent. This is one of the few crimes where it is recommend to always seek a third party opinion. If their actions are determined to be for the betterment of Nanotrasen consider a timed sentence or even a full pardon
This is what I was more angry about, she was angry and yelled at the captain, sure, but I didn't mutiny, sure I told him I didn't care and wanted Mischief off of security, but I DID NOT mutiny nor deserve permabrigging for a disagreement/being ICly just a bitchy character who wants their underlings to fucking listen, and there -was- a ninja about, which after the captain told me no to demoting Mischief, and I dropped it, I went to try to find the ninja before Mischief lied and said Douglas was making drug foods again after a warning. Was I overzealous? Sure.I can admit to that, from an IC standpoint Ephrael really doesn't take shit from people and some memelord who plays Clown constantly insulting just because they can would bother her. But at no point did she mutiny, she had an argument with the captain and was the ONLY head or staff AT ALL looking for the ninja, they were all more worried about demoting me and throwing me in the brig even though I hadn't done that, I didn't plan to overthrow the captain, nor was Ephrael really going to try to demote him after the Captain said no, she simply dropped it and went t look for the ninja before their trick. Overall this happens with almost every captain, they micromanage Head's to the point where they're not autonomous and the captain might as well be the head, rather than listening to the heads concerns about their staff. OOCly I was a bit pissy because, as HoS, while I am overzealous ICly, there's only been maybe one or two captains who haven't been annoying and have let me done the job, when I start getting micromanaged I get annoyed, Mischief was being insubordinate and the Captain saw this and did nothing even though I did everything I could to try to stop the nuke op, and was busy looking for the ninja while he and the others circlejerked and plotted against me over in the bridge/on PDA. Also having to deal with other insubordinate staff in the past, but overall still not an excuse. Getting as angry as I did wasn't okay.


I'm sorry to Sub, Thing, and TK. I'm very hot headed and I honestly should try to get some professional help for it, I need to better myself so I'm less angry, suicidal, etc. You guys didn't deserve what I gave and it wasn't really forgivable. But I really don't think Sorick or Mischief should be allowed those roles anymore because of how full retard they were the entire round. Either way, leave me banned or don't, I really am truly sorry for getting so angry over something so small. Though if I am unbanned I'll take an ooc/deadspeak mute for however long you feel fit, also maybe a job ban, but at the same time only my arrest on Yoyo was kinda shitty, I don't feel like I did anything else to warrant being perma-banned from HoS, I was just trying to deal with things IC when people were purposely trying to make things hard for me. I was the only one looking for ninja/doing sweeps around the brig hallway, after all.

Edit:Also, while the ninja was about I told mischief to arrest Douglas for making poison narcotic foods again, he refused even though I was going to go off looking for the ninja, this was during them plotting to demote me for having a disagreement with the captain, which was, again, not mutiny despite Ephrael being angry.
