Your side of the story:
During one of my new player days into SS13 back when I didn't even know what a green shift/extended was, made meth syringes thinking it would be the same speed buff, stun removing fun juice it was on beestation. I tided the syringe gun and shot at shark because I thought it would be funny to watch them nyooom around, some medical staff member and sec(? can't remember fully because it's been more half a year), try to attack/arrest me. I shoot the doctor with the syringe gun as a desperate means of self-defence. Noticing their speed not change I keep shooting them assuming I'm missing each time. I later found out by looking at chat that they did get hit, and that cit code does not give the speed buffs. I'm finally caught by sec and thrown into perma-gulag where I disconnected before I could be ahelped thinking that there was nothing else for me to do as I didn't know how gulag could be gotten out of by doing work.

Why you think you should be unbanned:
Back then I was an idiot ssethtide beestation player, not even knowing that meth even does brain damage, not understanding round types, not understanding roleplaying and not understanding how the rules work. I blame it on me still being new to the game and not understanding stuff. And now it's been 8 months where I've played basically nothing but spessmans, I've improved in-game, learning the spess man and roleplay etiquette on other servers like /TG/ and some of the fallout servers. This sort of thing becoming something I wouldn't consider myself doing anymore. Having some friends thinking about starting to think about playing on cit also made me want to appeal this.

Aye I remember this one even if it's from so long ago, the perma was applied so you came to explain yourself to the forums. Considering the ammount of time that has passed I'm willing to believe you've indeed learnt that meth is not that fun of a chemical in this server. With the experience learnt I'll also hope you can understand the server rules and what you are allowed and not allowed to do for fun as a non antagonist, so I'll be willing to lift this ban unless some other staff member has something against it
