Note reason:Warned for grief: As captain, they lethally attacked a traitor who was completely unarmed, naked, and stating that they surrender. The circumstances leading up to it involved a borg dragging the traitor away and security responding somewhat slow. Was told to avoid using lethal force except when they might be in danger.

I ran into a open teleport on the bridge accidentally, and saw Duke attempting to kite Bubblegum into it. When confronting duke, they were bragging about attempting to do this, and I was reassured by skylar they wouldn't be able to. Notified security, told them to detain them, and decrewed Duke to prevent them from fucking with the AI/causing shit with the AI.

Duke was decrewed and the borgs decided to deconstruct all sec records consoles for some reason, and the Warden, April, decided to readd Duke to the manifest. I was about to demote them for this, and removed Duke, yet again, but Emelia asked to keep them and then Duke killed April, so they remained on sec. Duke then emags the entire right side of bridge as well., and my office.

Then I see Duke lurking inside of Sec maint and tell sec, shoot him, he shoots back, trys to dragnet the HoS and another officer, and me, and he ends up getting killed by me and HoS. However, he has a clone scan and starts cloning. I see the engiborg sitting inside genetics door keeping it HELD OPEN, and flash him to pull him out, (already suspicious because they said Duke had emagged their cover earlier) and told them to bolt genetics door while calling for sec and telling them to hurry. This order was ignored by the engiborg (Doggo) and Duke immediately screamed I hurt them, which prompted the engiborg to COMPLETELY WALL OFF genetics and pull Duke into science while bolting the doors to prevent someone from coming in behind them. I end up flashing the borg and flashing Duke, and he is running around before i wail on him with the sword. Yes, looking at the logs he stated he surrendered, but he had already caused a shit load of trouble and I had no idea what was up his sleeve, while also struggling to get the RD to lock down the borg to figure out what the fuck to do with it.
It is entirely and 100% irrelevant if they were butt naked or anything. I am authorized to kill any EoC period as Captain. Particularly one who had caused this much trouble.

As the person who Ahelped this, I didn't consider the thought process of the borg being rogue. With that in mind the execution is fair.
