Appeal Reason: First of all i'm a new player, in the round i was a mime then i noticed that mime wasnt managed to talk, then i threw my mime character in space and died. After this i spawned as a Hotel Officer and i was walking around to get out of there, but i wasnt finding a way out, then i found 2 guys, when i tryed to talk to them i still wasnt managed to talk (maybe that was a bug), then i was trying to suicide again with a gun of the Hotel Office, somehow i missed click and shooted the person by mistake, the person caught and i started to fight, i was resisting because i wanted to suicide but he handcuffed me and i couldnt make anything. Then after this admin sent me a message and i replyed that i thought round was ended because i respawned as another character.

So, that's not why you were permabanned.
Paraphrasing wholesale, I messaged you asking why you attacked people, you responded with "I thought it was the end of the round". That's fine, I was going to explain to you how the the rounds work, and to not do it again with a note along with it, but you then DC'd less than a minute later from you saying "I thought it was the end of the round".
The standard policy is to permaban someone who DC's during an ahelp because it's seen as a way of escaping punishment and not letting the admin explain what's going on.

Just to make this 100% clear, the round is only over when you see the big "The End of the Round" text, your character dying does not normally end the round. It's based purely on that text and nothing else. Secondly, if you aren't interested in playing a role, you can cryo out, instead of just running out of an airlock to die. There's a reason why those exist, and you can very easily just exit the round that way.
I'm approving this ban because it was a minor thing, but don't DC during an ahelp.
