Reason for complaint:

Picked up a blob spawn on the round ID indicated. Got discovered early, but had a decent back and forth battle with the crew.

Admin referenced spawned a deathsquad for EORG. The ghostchat was not notified that the DS was for EORG before spawn in, as well as objectives being set as "leave no witnesses".

The deathsquad left Centcom, promptly destroyed me as the blob, then proceeded with their given objectives.  On being questioned in deadchat, the referenced admin also stated that they thought the DS would stay at CC, "like they always do".  A second admin whom had spawned in as the DS mentioned the objectives to the spawning admin three times for clarification.

The resolution of this was the admin spawning a SECOND DS, with the objectives to kill the first.  People were understandably upset about being killed. Rather than an apology and/or attempt to make things right, an unknown admin issued the "Man up" verb.

From my perspective, the admin who spawned the DS failed multiple times in preventing the DS from hindering the enjoyment of the round by players, in the following: Not clarifying to ghost chat that the incoming deathsquad spawn was not to leave CC.  Not monitoring the deathsquad after spawning to ensure they did not leave. Not modifying the DS objectives to clarify that they were not to leave CC. Not listening to a fellow admin attempting to clarify intentions for the DS.

Had any of the above actions been taken, then the admin deathsquad spawn would not have interfered with the ongoing conflict during the round.  Further, the flippant attitude displayed on seeing the failure seemed less than professional, given the impact of the action on the round.

I completely understand why people are mad at me over the issue, and I know it's my mistake to not clarify to the DS to not leave CC in their objective. I own that I failed to check on the DS after spawning them and failed to deal with them.
A few points to add- I was requested in deadchat to send a second DS, and I sent it after the first to take out the first team.
Additonally, the man up global was issued by me after the round had ended in attempt to control any salt in OOC, because I knew I messed up and I knew people were angry with me.
In previous rounds, in my experience, any Deathsquads created would go to the shuttle dock, I even placed some additional gear at the dock for the DS team to use. I know this does not excuse my mistake, however.
I was scolded by Fractious in OOC after the round ended, they gave me advice on making Deathsquads, that I should spawn a DS after the shuttle had departed. That would have been a much better course of action.
I think my most detrimental point is I did not check on the Deathsquad after they spawned in, and also not noticing Fractious telling me in ACHAT about the Deathsquads objectives. I replied once to three warnings with "Ya," under the assumption the Deathsquad was headed to the dock. This was where I should definitely have checked on the DS.
I'm sincerely regretful for my actions and any anger I caused, and I've taken this complaint to heart.

Couldn't ask for anything more.  Personally, I'm not asking for any actual punishments after this post.  It simply felt like the "Man Up" was a response directed towards me, as I was...politely vocal about how I felt in dchat/OOC. The clarification is accepted.

I'm sure you'll be more careful in the future with those buttons, you memer.  

For future ref, if a blob spawns, the shuttle does NOT depart until the blob core is dead.
