Date of issue and round ID: No round ID RP server. 7/20/2018. Round started around 6PM EST, Crashed 7:30ish due to meteor.

Reason for complaint: Jade has frequently shown ineptitude for running events on the RP server without causing severe issues or making it to where a majority cannot play / do their jobs. The event that transpired today was during a voted extended round, in which a pod was launched into the expedition bay and destroyed the ability to utilize the shuttle. After spawning in dozens of faithless and other mobs, to include two shadekins, I was trying to avoid the event (being the quartermaster) as best as possible. Upon receiving a random crate with a experimental mutated animal in it, I brought this down to science, and was escorted by the RD and another science member (Zigfried and Sierra) and one of the shadekins would not leave the otie alone. After ahelping this incident, Jade proceeded to state that the otie attacked the shadekin first (except the shadekin could have easily just left us the hell alone) and proceeded to digest and spit out the corpse in the middle of cargo bay. He ruled this shadekin being a blatant dick as an IC issue, despite the fact nobody wanted to (at least in the science department) partake in this "event".

There have been two other times where Jade has spawned in pods that entirely destroyed the atmos and murdered numerous crew, only getting extremely huffy and upset in OOC when people tell him to stop/leave it alone/not do events randomly. They also get abusive with their admin powers sometimes, an example being where they spawned in lockers to eat an anomaly that was repeating their OC name, Sylas, which in turn ate all of Cargo's stamps, and then spammed fire hydrants in that set me on fire, after whispering in my ear via pray to use one of them. They have regularly exploded in OOC over events not going to their exact whim, and have blatantly made up rules regarding antagonists and how to identify them, going so far as to leave the server when people point out the actual, legitimate, server rules. A big example was when they did an event with "statuettes" then got upset in OOC that people had identified the statue, and cancelled the event, only to come back later and finish it because they had cooled off.
