Reason for application: For one, I love the server its much better than the others I've played in my opinion thats for sure. Also had a discussion with Zack about moderating as I used to admeme on some ARMA 3 servers which includes setting up events. So Zack convinced me to do something I was thinking about doing anyway!
Obviously Zack is supporting my application

1.How would you engage with two players having an out of character altercation?
Depends on the severity of the situation. Obviously if going at the situation in a unbiased manner and trying to either resolve the issue if possible or tell them to take the situation to discord or other means. Also giving them warning not to use this OOC altercation IC.
2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention?
Contact another Admin to resolve the situation, as the admin involved is likely to be biased thus a third party admin is needed.
3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules?
If they are breaking for example the don't be a dick rule, they'll get a big warning to stop said dickery and if not they'll get slapped with a temp ban followed by a perma if they choose to act up more.
4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing?
When they are in important roles that normally aren't antags, for example HOS, Overseer, Security. Roles like this they should de-admin especially if there is another admin on the server.
5. What is expected of an admin on Citadel?
Utmost professionalism with a dash of unbiased approached mixed with a well balanced and thoughtful way of thinking.
