How long have you played on Citadel?: Four years, give or take a few months
How long have you played SS13?: Around ten years.
What is your timezone/general hours of activity?: UK GMT+1, usually varying depending on my sleeping pattern between US peak times and UK peak times
Previous SS13 related admin experience: Hypatia Station and then Soteria when it was renamed for two years, Freedom Station for six months.
Previous non-SS13 related admin experience: Garry's Mod DarkRP for various servers, Garry's Mod HaloRP (Heavy Roleplay), Twitch Moderation for a Warframe Partner's channel, discord moderation for a couple of Rainbow Six Siege eSport teams, administration for a couple of San Andreas Multiplayer RP servers.

Reason for application: Mainly I'm applying because I've got the experience and I don't get easily burnt out by dealing with argumentative people, a skill I've put to use in the real world with my previous jobs too. I believe I can use the training I'm receiving from my real life job to help assist in making unobjective decisions and apply the rules fairly to all, which in my opinion is a very useful skill when trying to administrate an SS13 server like Citadel. I'm well aware how my previous applications have went, but I'm hoping my persistence can at least show that I'm willing to learn as well as the fact I've changed a lot over the past year and I'm certain current staff can vouch for that fact. I honestly believe that I can help out, and I'm willing to administrate both main and RP as necessary; I mostly play on RP these days because I prefer the slower pace.

1. How would you engage with two players having an out of character altercation?
Monitor the altercation, ensure it doesn't go to metagaming or insulting eachother. If it does, warn them to stop and/or mute LOOC/OOC/apply temporary discordmutes if necessary. If it continues further a temporary ban might be in order.

2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention?
Adminhelp for another admin on the server or go into the discord adminchat and request another admin come on.

3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules?
Using the ban policy, previous notes and self-judgement of a situation to come to a fair and valid punishment for a person.

4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing?
If the admin is an antagonist, head of staff, security member or directly involved in an event.

5. What is expected of an admin on Citadel?
Acting fairly, enforcing the rules as required and ensuring that the power isn't abused by themselves in the process; to ensure players aren't left feeling as if they've been abused by the admin.
