Reason for application: Lack of staff during my hours, I've noticed. Just hoping to fill in some gaps.

Please answer the following questions to the best of your abilities:

1. How would you engage with two players having an out of character altercation?
Tell 'em to cut it out, three strikes and you're out kinda deal; depending on the situation I either ban the instigator from OOC (temporarily or otherwise) or mute OOC completely depending on how many people feel it's their argument too.

2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention?
Ahelp, duh. Never resolve your own issues.

3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules?
Severity, impact on the round and game as a whole.

4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing?
When they're playing a role that is important to round progression, as they will subconsciously use the knowledge they gain from admin logs.

5. What is expected of an admin on Citadel?
To enforce the rules to the best of their ability and ensure the game remains fun and fair.

Edit: I became an admin before they retired, and I'm very confident in their ability to handle players having altercations, as well as administrating on Citadel in general. I am very much so all for having Zellular back on the team!
