Exact ban message (Had to manually write it down since it won't allow me to copy and paste):
"Banned by host:  Reason: Your, or another user of this computer or connection (moozarelle) is banned from playing here. The ban reason is: Multikey This ban (BanID #2172) was applied by thingpony on 2016-02-01 21:25:09, The ban is for 1 minutes and expires on 2016-02-01 21:25:09 (server time)"

Reason Banned:
I'm a mac user and I use a mac wrapper to play Byond games, however it seems that all wrappers users share the same IP or Ckey? I'm not really sure, but I'm pretty sure that's the reason I'm banned from Citadel, since I never actually joined the server (First time I tried I was instantly notified that I was banned, before ever reaching the server itself).

thingpony according to the ban log (Altough I can't really say if that's true, since I never actually got banned directly.. Banned by proxy due to another wrapper user I'd say)

Lenght banned: 
Permanent Ban (1 minute ban according to the ban log.. weird..)

Appeal Reason: 
I really want to play Citadel, and there's no real reason to keep me away from playing this server.. I understand that it might be very tricky to deal with mac users who are all banned at the moment you ban a single one of them, but still.. I'm also banned for the same reason on the Colonial Marines server... 
I'd just want to play, help me please?
