Appeal Reason: I don't recall talking about stupid shit on the Discord as means to being permabanned. Not to mention the apparent shit that could be called questionable was settled, and most of it was a joke, to me at least. I was talking about how to react to ERP and death-vore. Whats allowed and what isn't. Guess what, I fucking ERPed on Citadel. Why would me talking about killing ERPers be serious? The only serious part of that was what I was allowed to do when dealing with murder-voring ICly. Is asking questions against the rules? Not to mention, you can't just ban someone because you feel like they're going to break the rules further on, because that's fucking shit. Not to mention, you didn't ban me for this, because I moved on from that conversation and I got banned like half an hour later when I was talking to Poojawa, speaking of which...

And onto the real reason why, most likely. I was having a discussion with Poojawa about RnD. They said that RnD was powergaming too much, I disagreed, and I thought they were just intent on ruining people's fun. They said that they weren't going to bother with me because I wasn't understanding their point, and I was an idjit, I said they hadn't made a point thus far. I leave for a few moments because I was packing up for a flight, and I come back to check on the Discord and I'm banned. I fly back home, I check on my laptop and try to log in to Citadel, and then I'm permabanned there too? Seriously? I'm not allowed, as a player, a science player, to disagree with a dev?

Things can get touchy on ERP when it comes to the Discord. Someone probably thought you were being serious.

From what I've also heard, Pooj has some thoughts on powergaming so it could have been that too. There's no real process for this, left to admin discretion.

They've changed my ban reason too. I should have screenshotted. Its still a bullshit reason

You can't ban me for behavior on other servers. Especially if I haven't been permabanned there.

To get a couple of things out of the way

-Taking a look at your notes, and comparing your note history with what got you banned this time, it's clear that your behavior hasn't really improved.
-It's been less than a month since your previous permaban appeal got accepted.
-The ban was agreed upon by the majority of the active staff team. This appeal probably isn't going to be accepted because of this.
-Poojawa was not the one who banned you from the Discord, they were actually away at the time of the actual ban.
-Your ban reason has not been modified at all, I've no idea what you're trying to pull there. (https://i.imgur.com/JSXLbAC.png there would be a "Last modified by" if the ban reason were modified)
-You've had pretty problematic behavior in general the moment you connected to the Discord after your previous permaban appeal was accepted.
-We're completely aware of your history on TG, Eros, and ARFS. All of which show similar behavior, to the point where it led to you getting banned in some cases.

You really haven't showed any sign of changing since your previous permaban appeal got accepted. You've also showed no signs of changing after being warned, noted, and banned on multiple other servers. It'd probably be best to try waiting a year or two before appealing instead of appealing five minutes after your ban, as it's quite likely this appeal's gonna get denied due to the reasons above.

-I haven't been told of for powergaming ever on Citadel, ever. I'd appreciate if you can approve logs or notes of admins telling me not to powergame. In fact, I can't really get told off for powergaming as I played as the RD, and I can authorize the construction of whatever I want. Not to mention, I haven't abused the tech I've made. In fact, this accusation sprouts solely from me telling Poojawa that I didn't want them to remove stuff from RnD because they thought it was powergaming. That just decided it'd be easier for you to accuse me of powergaming.
- That has to do with this how...? I was banned previously for different things to what you're accusing me of.
- The staff being Poojawa, who I've heard a lot about, along with admins who will drag unrelated information from other servers, which I'm not permabanned on in order to get me banned, along with hosts that'd let a dev kill people repeatedly throughout several rounds? Or so I've heard. I don't doubt that I've been permabanned on TG now even though I haven't played it in a couple days. Just so you can keep your narrative consistent.
- I was literally talking to Poojawa when I got banned.
- You can un-ban then re-ban, and the logs will be deleted.
- I was actually pretty decent on the Discord. I asked for the sprite to be modified, I went into NSFW, I don't think I really conversed with a lot of people. I'd like you to bring up some instances of me being unsavory in the Discord.
- I'm not banned on TG or ARFs, or Eros. You can't ban me for things I've done on other servers, ESPECIALLY if I'm not even permabanned there.

I struggle to see how I've not improved, especially if there was nothing much to improve on, as I was banned during the ticket system by TK and ThingPony for mainly IC-OOC issues and then a final two tickets for having to go AFK as a head during a secret round. And like I said before, I'm not banned on those servers, and you can't ban me for actions on other servers. I'd also like to see the entirety of the logs from TG, since you think whatever I've done there is actionable, even if I play entirely differently on here than I do there.

If you must know, asking for half the stuff to be blacklisted on the NSFW channel because you "don't like it" would be like me saying "remove all porn from the NSFW channel because I don't like it". Met with laughs, slaps on the knees, and the request promptly tossed out the door. It essentially does (because I had to ping Jay, who was at work, to answer in the off-chance you were being serious). The topic then changes to something better suited for another channel, so it gets moved there. And what do the majority of your questions come up as?

That's what flew the red flag for me, so I started digging and asking around, and got nothing but bad tales about how you were, how you've been, and it was becoming clear you were - at least, with your words - intending to find every instance you could get away with murdering people who ERPed or used vore on the server for some asinine personal reasoning that wouldn't be acceptable on the server in any instance. So I did the server ban, and another syncronized the Discord ban because with a behavior like that, screaming and stirring a shitstorm's inevitable. We've had enough of those lately that we really don't want another one, and I don't mean that as in staff. I'm pretty fuggin' sure no one wants to wade through a half-hour bitchfest because you got banned for being a shitter in some way.

If they call you an idjit and stop trying to explain their point because "it's futile at this point", it's because you're not listening and taking into consideration what they say. You're just going on to hear yourself talk and, in essence, claim that your point is right and has no faults. Don't be a dick is a rule for a lot of servers, and if you act like a dick here, expect to get banned for it. Especially with the questions you asked and the way you talked in NSFW. If you don't like vore, then don't come to a server with vore in it? I know we're not literally Virgo but telling someone they're retarded over kinks doesn't make me think you're a person I'd want around.

How is it my fault that you had to ping Jay? I asked a question, and I never said I'd like everything to be blacklisted. Nor is it my fault that you couldn't tell me "I'll ping him later about it". I just wanted death blacklisted. It just so happened that death was excessively common. Additionally, me complaining about kinks on the Discord is not worthy of a ban on there, or the server. Its called a no-NSFW role.

Ah yes, about my logs. Do I need to repeat myself again? I'm not banned on Eros, ARFs or TG. You can't ban me for doing bad things on other servers, if I'm not even banned there. And its a DIFFERENT server, so it doesn't even apply to Citadel. And if you looked at my Citadel notes, I've been banned for IC-OOC tickets and having to leave as a head during a secret round, not for fucking powergaming, or murderboning.

Once again, I'd like logs. Not to mention I literally ERP on the server. I'd assume it'd take minimal common sense to know which ones were serious and which ones weren't. And I fail to see how I was a shitter in game. Once again, you can't ban someone because you feel like they're going to do something. Its idiotic and shit. Not to mention I played on this server before, and I never killed someone solely because they ERPed or vored in my presence. Neither was it a shitfest, or an imminent shitfest, because it was only me arguing. If anything, the people arguing against me were causing a shitfest by overreacting to jokes. Additionally, you never said or warned me about this ban, and waiting half an hour to get to it is idiotic. Aren't you meant to talk to and warn a player before you jump to a ban? Let alone a permaban? Is there no admin process?

I don't even have logs for that conversation anymore, but you literally saying that Pooj was the rude one and not me is just fantastic wasn't it? Am I not allowed to disagree with a developer as a player? I was listening, otherwise I wouldn't have made rebuttals specific to the things they were talking about. If it was 'futile' to keep talking to me, then you either block me or ignore me, not ban me for disagreeing.
