Appeal Reason: I feel that I had a communication error with Cebutris which resulting in it looking like I was trying to lie to them. I stated when I was first bwoinked that I batonned the  clown, stabbed them then brought them to medical. I had left out the part where a lizard came and helped the clown resulting in a fight between the clown, the lizard man, and I. The event started when I heard the clown threatening to kill Ian. When I found him in front of the bridge he killed Ian with a spear I batonned him and stabbed him with his own spear to wound him so that if he slipped me or something else I could still bring him to the brig (Its the clown, I expect it at this point). At this point a lizard man came and helped the clown disarming me (the lizard man, not the clown which is what i think caused the communication breakdown.). After he disarmed me it became a fight between the clown, the lizard man, and I. Eventually, I was able to retrieve my baton and disable the clown then drag him to the brig which was when I got bwoinked. Again I believe that the communication breakdown was the main issue because I didn't explain my side well enough. I understand that perma-bans are voted on and I understand that I should have just brigged the clown instead of improperly escalating but in my past ahelps all of the improper escalations were IC and I believed at the time that I was not improperly escalating if the clown didnt die. I also understand that I sounded like I was trying to lie to Cebutris but that was not my intention as I know that admins have logs of everything. Sorry if this is a waste of time to whoever has to read this and I understand if I'm denied.

Were you Sec for this? Why would you need to stay the clown with a spear if you already have plenty of tools to restrain them? The ticket log might also help determine the lying to admins part of the ban.

As HoP all I carried were the baton and the CX I tried using both in the fight that happened after lizardman came in and the CX ran out of charge cause there was only one security officer and cargo asked me to help out with a chaplain that was being a chucklefuck and breaking into their dept repeatedly. At that point I was already frustrated with the crew and I went back to my office to find that it was broken into and Ian was missing, right after that the clown said he was gonna execute them which is when the story starts.

Well if you aren't a sec officer it's more justifiable that you didn't just rope him up, especially if the guy had clearly broken into your office. But ya ain't security, if that situation comes up again I'd advise not stabbing anyone and just letting him have the dog. You're within your rights to tie him up and deliver to Sec, but if stabbing the dude a bunch is your only option you probably want to reconsider. Otherwise you end up play HOPcurity and that'll get ya into shit.

I would like to see that ticket log whenever Cebu or another admin could pull it.

The main issue is that I was lied to. You claimed that you baton'd him, were disarmed of the baton, then stabbed him. The logs showed that you baton'd him and then immediately started stabbing him with the spear. I'm less inclined to believe this was a misunderstanding because in the past you have done similar, dismembering a worker as captain when you had perfectly non-lethal options available. The fact that this isn't your first time, and the fact that you lied to staff about what happened make this ban a permanent one
