My side of the story is pretty simple in their OOC notes which I read it stated "Kinks: Non-Consent take don't ask" I simply kidnapped her since it said take don't ask it presumed I meant literally not to ask or anything. ill admit the part on bringing a monkey person into dorms to test ERP chems is bad. it's possible that when u were spectating me u got it confused for the miner who left their stuff there.

I think i should be unbanned as I simply followed the person's preferences even if they were no longer interested in that stuff they should have changed their OOC notes instead of leaving it. the Person was found in genetics and I just took em from the Genetics Chamber to dorms to test them I made.

You got banned for really creepy behavior, got unbanned, and are already back here. You make two arguments in your defense here, which I'll quickly address.

When dealing with other players, even if their OOC notes say they're fine with non-con, you always need to actually check with them OOCly. If you drag someone away with zero actual interaction, I guarantee they probably wont be okay with it. It is fully on you to make sure they consent OOCly before you engage with something like this, or you'll be the one getting in trouble.

Assuming the admin that handled your ticket checked this before banning you and it wasn't a monkey turned human,, then it should be noted that an SSD player can not consent and dragging them off to test ERP chems still wouldn't be allowed.

If that was a humanized monkey, then disregard what I said entirely, but it overall doesn't change my opinion on this appeal.

Overall, this is your second ban for similar behavior, and I don't really think you should be given a third chance so lightly.

Do not lie on your appeal. They weren't a monkified person, your first interaction with them was grabbing them in the bar. Your willingness to lie on your appeal, and the general behavior with Lucy Licorice earlier that round, means that I sincerely doubt you're here under good intentions.
