Appeal Reason: I feel that my IC in OOC has improved, and will rarely ever happen, as I have been playing on other servers, such as CM and Aurora, where either you have no OOC, or IC in OOC is not allowed, and I'm doing really well there.

The way I see it, you've had a lot of warnings, and you still persisted to IC in OOC. Appeal denied
