Appeal Reason: I'm sorry if you feel like i was going to defame you, and more so you said yourself that saying that I "would intentionally attempt to stir shit" was wrong, And i feel what i did and what i knew ICly and how Brock acts ICly that this was not Powergameing but me playing a chair that guessed a cult was going to attack do to hacked CC comms by them saying they will. In this chase me and others started getting kit to keep are self's or love ones safe, that's why i took the armor as i knew OOCly and Brock knew ICly that it will keep him safe. Now deconing a wall in to sec eva to get to the all all-access was a bad move but that's for Sec to hand out ICly not for a ban.

Brock, why did you talk back to the admin like that? 'When this turns into a shit show, I'm going to make fun of you'. The only thing I think you can do at this point is wait out the ban unless you can apologize for that statement. It seemed like he was willing to give a chance but you talked back...I'm sorry hun, but unless he is willing to give a chance, you have to wait this out. As for the power gaming part, I was blissfully unaware of what happened behind the scenes as Regina, aside from a near hour long security issue that finalized you to be the culprit. Know when to actually get prepared and request things ICly instead of retrieving yourself. Things were handled in command, the incident taken care of, aside from the aforementioned security issue.

I know fully that i was a ass at the time i was trying to do my job and had a admin saying i was powergameing and i feel like i was not on top of sci sec yelling at me for cargo orders. Then in the DMs they banned me just as sec starting talking to me about the suit and cuting in to EVA makeing it look like i was DCing to get out of IC consequences and that just made me more pissed about it.

I know full well i was a ass i its a part of me i try to keep a lid on but some times the lid falls off and saddly this was one of the times.

I admit the latter half of the ban reason is incorrect but you dealt with the situation very poorly, when told to get rid of the suit lest you face punishment you threw it in another room of your department which makes it seem like you were attempting to make a fool of us thinking we wouldn’t notice. Your attempt to try and trip us up by asking how you were breaking the powergaming rule before this also demonstrates your refusal to immediately cooperate.
Sorry but I will be denying this appeal, however I admit fault in the latter half of the ban reason, I misunderstood your last PM.

If not a full appeal can i get it reduced?. In your own pms you said that latter half of the ban reason was why it was a week if that was a misunderstanding i feel that is ground for less time (but if it is reduced may i ask for it to be reduced by no less then 1 and a 1/2 days? do to irl shit you can PM me about if you want to know)
