I have a feeling that you didn't get permabanned for an accident.
Care to explain the whole situation? Did you log out during questioning? Lie to admins? Have a terrible history? Those three are the only things I'd guess would get you this harsh of a sentence. (Or you were at the wrong place at a wrong time but that happens sometimes in terms of "we're being raided by hub")

"Secret Round. Was not antag tho. Ran into the kitchen and set off a fueltank bomb before disconnecting almost immediately. " was the complete ban reason.
Next time, post the exact ban reason. Do not paraphrase. Hiding context won't win you any favors and it only annoys us more when we find out that your ban reason is far worse than what you've cared to share.
Your appeal reason is sorely lacking and brushing this off as a mistake isn't enough.
