Appeal Reason: i'm new in the game, still i don't understand well how play, and was the second time i connect and i dont know how answer to admins, i try to reply only says "say" but the not listen to me, ,the first time i connect with friends that explain some basics but this time i was trying to learn but i don't knew it that when i have equipped a toolbox and clic a light, this is destroyed, still is hard for me how do things and understand how open boxes and items, and finally was naked for i thought that the naked permission works...

i fell is very unfair for new players to learn without help from someone and to try just to experience how the mechanics of the game works, I only saw that someone was screaming for security and filled with messages, all these messages made me dizzy and I did not understand the difference in colors and much less respond to the admins ....

Hi there, I'm the banning admin in this case.
I'll be honest, I'm 50/50 on unbanning you. I fully understand that the game can be confusing to new players, but at the same time, a lot of this could be figured out with common sense. You bring up that you didn't know hitting a light with a toolbox was breaking it, but at the same time, the sprite changes to a clearly broken light, and it shoots sparks while making a noise.
Another point I feel I should bring up is your english. One of the server caveats in the rules is that your english needs to hit a certain standard, and I'm not seeing your english in this appeal to hit this standard.

I understand that being a new player in this game is a confusing experience, but that doesn't excuse everything.

The fact you made an appeal shows that you care, that's something that's admirable, however, we do enforce that all our players are capable of writing and reading at least at a twelfth grade level. I'm not going to fault you on not knowing how certain mechanics of the game work, Space Station 13 is a very confusing game that isn't intuitive nor does it have a tutorial built into it. I'm going to say no to this appeal; unless you can improve upon your written English skills sometime in the future and make another appeal proving you've attained an at least semi-fluent grasp of the language, this is going to have my -1 on it.

sad answer i think i did not even play an hour in the game before I was banned .... , then i will have to continue learning in another of the citadel servers but without my friends, since they were there ..., at least yesterday i learned some things in that other server ... i still don't understand why they are more than one citadels servers with independent ban or are they not official?

There are a couple unofficial citadel servers, but the main one that you see on the Byond hub is our main server with a lower RP requirement than the server you joined. Bans aren't usually mirrored to the main server from the RP server
As for your appeal, I'm sorry but I'm going to have to deny it as well, once you've improved your English, feel free to try appealing again.
