Disobeyed hacked cyborg laws as well as admin orders about following those laws, raged at the antag emagger.

Appeal Reason: It was a old ban and since then i have learned from my mistakes.

We don't undo permabans, job or server, based on time alone. If you have played any other servers, please get an admin from one of those servers to vouch for your improvement.

not every permaban should require a server vouch.

But for those that don't, it's generally preferable they have something to go by other than 'it's been a while'.
This isn't a server ban either, so if they have been playing recently and behaving well, there *should* be more one can say in their defense.

Ever since i got that ban, i have been behaving well
My recent playtime here has been without any incidents.
